Aquanaut Ltd is a professional diving company with more than 20 years of experience in the underwater services. We are a team of certified divers dedicated to quality underwater work. The company is permitted and has a certificate from Bulgarian register of shipping with certification N 40.2-7/08/19.02.2008, Germanischer Lloyd N 17189 – HH/14.11.2006 and Bureau Veritas N DNS/2003/201/R1/CPI/01.04.2009 for in-water surveys and certification of ships and floating equipments. SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES Underwater construction of quay walls , yacht ports, protective buna on the sea coat, repair and installation works on the underwater part of hydro-irrigation objects-dams, pump stations etc, repair works and certification of ships and floating equipments. Repair and shift of basic drops, cranes, doors and etc.

1. Cleaning of shafts from dirt. 2. Repair of an overbridge. 3. Machine cleaning hulls overgrown with seaweed. Machine polishing of the propeller. 4. Embedding of optic cables 5. Stern tube bandaging for seals replacement. 6. Release of the propeller from hawsers. 7. Cleaning of sea valve gratings, disassembling and mounting of grids, cleaning sea chest. 8. Unclogging and clogging of sea valve gratings and sea chests. 9. Plugging up of holes. 10. Underwater welding. 11. Underwater cleaning. 12. Machine cleaning of ship propellers and ship steering gear. 13. Diver survey on ships. 14. Underwater survey with or without video-shooting. 15. Rescue services and vessel lifting activities.

Since its establishment until now, the company has been doing the following underwater activities:

- underwater construction of quay walls in Varna port, in the yacht port of the “Golden Sands” tourist resort, in the yacht port of the “Sv.Konstantin & Elena” tourist resort, in the area of “Varna” – Grand-hotel;

- technical and repair works of Bulgarian and foreign vessels; - participation in lifting of vessels sunk in the Black Sea, within the Bourgas Port – of motor

vessel “Mehmed Aslan”; of excavating vessels sunk in the Danube and artificial lakes; - repair, construction and installation works of water channel of “Rousse” power station. - exploitation, repair and maintenance of water – units and cooling collectors at the “Varna”

power station. - Protection piers; - Underwater repair works of pumps stations, water towers, artificial lakes in the country; - Underwater embedding of optic cables in the area of “Sv.Konstantin & Elena” tourist resort. - Emergency work on construction and repair of re-circulation facility NPP “Kozlodui”. - Underwater works on repair and rehabilitation of reservoirs Ivaylovgrad, Studen kladenets,

Kardjaly and Topolnitsa; - Participation in construction and maintenance of gas pipeline Galata near Varna; - Repair and substitution of main dischargers of reservoir Goliam Beglik; - Underwater mounting of supports of the main discharges of reservoir Iskar; - Drilling and research of type and composition of sea floor deposits bear SRY “Odessos”; - Reservoir – Jekov vir – underwater repair and rehabilitation of machine and electro technical
