Start of Task Team evaulate work task and assess process at start of shift or work activity Complete Pre-Task Assessment (Daily) ENSURE feedback of mitigations and findings are communicated Pre-Task Assessment shall be retained for 30 days Life Threatening Support Team decision Communicate and Post Pre-Task Risk Assessment at job or Work Area Conduct Task Complete Health & Safety Form in Internal Report (Per Job) Change of Task / Environment Update Collect Pre- Task Assessment End Of Task Retrieve Pre-Task Assessment Ensure Pre-Task Assessment is used Periodic Audit Pre-Task Assessment at work site and provide feedback to the team Review Pre-Task Assessment Apply Stop Work and Escalation Procedure Train / Communicate General Stop Work, Escalation Procedure and Generic Risk Assessment Before dispatch to site Collect HSE data Make Site HSE Data available on LOTUS
