Satec Envir Engineering (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a next generation infrastructure company focusing primarily in the

development of urban, rural, agricultural and power infrastructure.

Satec has constructed several colonies for working class as well as high profile engineers all over India and

overseas. Our projects total to a constructed area of 2,36,741 sqm (only in India) housing approximately 50,000

people.

After the tremendous success in Cabins, Low Cost Housings, Solar Products, Satec has now ventured into

Pre-Engineered Buildings. Pre-engineered buildings are the solutions to developing an efficient, Quick and

cost-effective infrastructure. Satec PEBs offer ultimate design flexibility and an extremely short construction time

(right from initial design to completion). These are supplied as customized solutions along with steel structure,

building accessories and Roof cladding. They require no on-site fabrication or welding as they can simply be

bolted together as per specifications. Satec PEBs are best suited for Warehouses, Sports hall, Factories,

Workshops, Exhibition Halls, Bulk Product Storage, Cold storages, Supermarkets, Aircraft hangars, Service

Stations, Multipurpose Industrial Facilities etc. Satec PEBs create exceptional value for customers by

understanding their needs right from conceptual stage to final erection of sheets level thus providing them better

economical solutions, design flexibility along with right quality and products at a single source.

Satec PEBs are designed using the latest design systems, the standard design systems for primary structures is

considered as per MBMA (AISC) Standard or IS (Indian standard).Satec PEB components are designed

specifically to act together as a system for maximum efficiency, precise fit and peak performance in the field.

Satec PEB’s flexible frames offer higher resistance to seismic forces.

This production line consists of CNC cutting machine. H-beam automatic assembly machine, H-beam

gantyautomatic weilding machine or double colume-beam automatic welding machine. H-beam flange straightening

machine. H-beam shot-blasting machine etc. The production craft work is operated by separate machine and the

work piece can be overturned. The whole production line with merits of agility and the production efficiency can be

improved by adding equipment on different work.
