AIMS OF THE COURSEThe program will provide embryologists with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of embryo biopsy. As well as lectures, the course will include hands-on practicals and demonstrations cleavage stage and blastocyst biopsy. During two days, delegates will not become competent at these techniques but will have enough hands-on to go away and practice in their own laboratory setting. The workshop will also allow scientists to discuss the technology with their peers and with experts in the field. As well as the lectures, additional information will be given in the form of copies of the PowerPoint presentations and a detailed workshop manual.

Creating an Embryology Laboratory Quality
A Quality approach in the ART laboratory is fundamental to achieve the best possible outcomes for both patients and staff. A cornerstone of this approach is the laboratory's Quality Manual, which provides the blueprint for all of the policies and procedures that support a quality approach. But what is a Quality Manual, what does it need to include, and why do you have to develop your own, rather than buying one “off-the-shelf”? this Workshop will address all of these questions, and provide you with the background and information you will need to create your own useful and compliant Quality Manual for ART.

● Testicular biopsy is the most important procedure in assessment of azoospermic patient.
● Most of the ICSI centers had advocated the idea of cryopreservation of testicular sperm before starting ovarian stimulation (Devroey et al., 1995), and since in most of the patients with NOA, only limited number of testicular spermatozoa could be retrieved, sperm freezing may be a risky procedure in some cases (Schlegel et al., 1997).
● In this workshop, we will learn more about the most advanced technique that can help the embryologist to make procedures of researching and detection of sperm in testicular biopsy samples more clearly, easily, helpful and more benefit. And by this technique we can detect sperm in samples with very rare sperm to use it in ATR to help many couples.

CLINICAL RESEARCH METHODOLOGY BEGINNER LEVELINTERACTIVE WORKSHOP
This new 1-day author academy on clinical research methodology helps researchers build robust protocols in order to increase their publication success. For this beginner level, we will give strategies on how to
formulate impactful research questions, recruit enough participants to achieve high statistical power. We will also review how to report variables and select the appropriate clinical study design. This workshop is
meant to be highly interactive between the trainer and attendees and includes several activities.
Dr. LÉA GAGNONEditorial Development Advisor
Dr. LÉA GAGNON is Editorial Development Advisor at Nature Research and is responsible for conducting the Nature Research Academies across Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. She acquired 8 years of academic experience in North America and Europe, possesses a strong publication record and received numerous prizes at international conferences. She has joined Nature Research in the summer of 2017 and is thrilled to help researchers increase their research output, quality and impact.
PhD from the University of Montreal Postdoctoral position at University of Copenhagen
By the end of this workshop, you should be able to:• Formulate a concise and impactful research question• Choose the best study design according to your study aim• Strategically select and sample enough study participants to achieve
high-power• Design robust protocols that minimize biases• Avoid common problems in data collection and analysis
Objectives
• Identifying an important research question + activity• Deciding which outcomes to measure + activity• Appropriate sampling + activity• Identifying the right study design + activity• Designing a robust protocol + activity• Designing a randomized controlled trial• Properly collecting analyzing data
