Once again, the Bar Association of Murcia, through its

International Law section, is organising the 5th International

Congress of Legal Practice.

On this occasion, we will focus in particular on the practical

aspects of internationalisation of business and its taxation.The

effects of severing the links between Great Britain and the

European Union will also be addressed. We will also deal with

current issues on the subject of international family law, such as

surrogacy; the latest EU regulations regarding matrimonial/

partnership property regime agreements in Europe. We will look

over the latest case law on these subject.

In this way, we propose a fitting meeting place for practical

debate between lawyers and professionals interested in the most

recent topics of International Law.

16:30 Corporate structures and methods of implementation in the

overseas market. Round-table delivered by lawyers of the Private

International law Section of ICAMUR.

17:30 Fiscal aspects to consider in the internationalisation of a

business. Speaker: Dr. María Supera Markowska, Professor of

Financial Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the

University of Warsaw; Director of the School of Spanish and

European Law at the University of Warsaw; Expert in the

Department of Income Taxes of the Ministry of Finance of the

Republic of Poland.
