    For this project we visited SURYA hospital. After analyzing various factors and by preparingQuestionnaire and asking those questions from the respondents .We here by came into

    conclusion that-:

    HOSPITALISHAVING:-

    o Hygienic environment

    Gives better diet

    Gives better facilities to the patients

    Number of doctors are available

    Provides better equipments.

    Employees have also provided up a mixed response that mostly are happy withthe services provided Management few seemed to be unsatisfactory too.

    But if we talk about in other hand hospital is bit expensive as compare togovernment hospital and other hospital. At the last we want to say that Hospitalseemed to be working or rather say running properly and most of the employeesas well as customer (patients) are happy with the management.

    After doing the detail analysis and studying various factors ofthe hospitals we would like to recommend the hospital that:

    Hospital should provide a better services to its employees.

    Employees salary should be increased.

    There should be an increase in the night shift doctors.

    Hospital should also decrease some charges for inspection.

    Hospital should also provide some additional benefits to poorpeople.

    At last but not the least Hospital should do its marketing andadvertisements inorder to get famous in the region.
