Vanessa Bruno A designers who seem to define that effortless enviable; je ne sais quoi French spirit. With a Danish supermodel mother and a father who founded a French fashion house there was really no doubt that Bruno would have a feel for style. At the tender age of 24 Bruno had already started her journey, as founder of her eponymous label.

Bruno has always been a lover of all things vintage and original - something that is regularly reflected in her designs. Bottle green leather shorts so dark they look black, are a subtle vinta-ge-style touch from her AW collection. Unashamedly French the Bruno aesthetic is romantic, laid-back and chic.

She creates womenswear but has devlopped all range of accessories, from the gloves, to the bags and the shoes.She is really into the quality of the material and use jersey and silk mousseline, organza, fur.

From the idolising of French Vogue editors Carine Roitfeld and Emmanuelle Alt to the ever lasting appeal of Catherine Devenue, there is certainly a defiant sense of French style in the air and Bruno has been responsible for relating French dressing to the masses. Where she leads the Isabel Marant’s of Parisian dressing follow.

Bruno’s contemporary take on style may not be as edgy as Nicolas Ghesquiere or as rock star chic as Marant but her love of softly draped jersey and amazing outerwear certainly keeps modern woman mesmerized.

DETAIL FRONTBefore you start, make sure the piece are shaved and bevelded where necessary.Stich the 2 upper pieces together. Start with the back, stich Bang it to make it flatterRepeat the operation for the linning.Stich the top line lining + upper.Finally stich the inside line upper+lining together.For the inside line The lining has to be shaved 10mm from the edgePositionning of the lining before stiching.Ad double face masking tape if necessary to position your liningt under the upper and take it of after you stich it.

Add the pompon a the very end of the processMake a hole using the patter cutter appropriate( diameter of the hole : 1mm) 1cm under the middle of the top line ( market on the pattern). Add the piece of leather and the string ofthe pompon and tight it up.

The Top Line is raw edge, stiching is 1mm from the edgewith a same tone color - except naturel leather it goes with beige thread.
