Mr. lllg moved to recommend no action to the CILB. Vice Chair Gallo seconded themotion, which passed unanimously by yea/nay vote.

11. NEW BUSINESS

CONSUMER CONTRACTOR BOARD MEMBER - INTERVIEW - KYLE MASURE -MAGGI O'KEEFE - FRANK THIELE - MICHAEL ESTES TO REPLACE MELISSASTEPHENSON

Chair Raabe interviewed Mr. Masure, Ms. O'Keefe, Mr. Thiele, and Mr. Estes for theBoard Member position. The Board Members filled out the tally sheets, which weregiven to the Deputy City Clerk. The Contractor Licensing Coordinator stated that theBoard had more interviews in May.

12. COMMENTS TO BE HEARD FROM BOARD, STAFF, AND/OR ATTORNEY

Mr. IIIg stated that he wanted to give Mr. Johnson a penalty on the roofing violation, towhich the Assistant City Attorney responded that it would only be an issue if Mr.Johnson appealed the decision. He also stated that he did not receive the minutes in hispacket.
