Cuisine PL

Polish presidency is a great occasion to promote Polish cuisine. One of the most prized Polish chefs, Adam Chrząstowski, supervises the creation process of the excellent menu consisting of Polish dishes on the base of national products, prepared especially for high ranked meetings in Poland and Brussels. Foreign delegations and journalists visiting Poland during the presidency will receive a package of recipes with Polish dishes, newly arranged by 16 chefs, including three foreign ones working in the best Polish restaurants. Starting point for every recipe is the product commonly associated with Polish cuisine (e.g. herring, cucumber, buckwheat, poppy, game). Every recipe is preceded by a clear description of the product, easily understood by foreigners together with its cultural context. Publication is made even more attractive by modern illustrations

Winning designs are: Whip-tops (Monika Wilczynska) Briefcase (Ania Kuczynska) Milk and honey (Beza project) Cuff-link with stripped flint stone (Dorota Kempko)
