PETITION FOR POLITICAL PARTY REGISTRATION ACT OF 2013
COMES NOW, at least two affirmed American Nationals for the
petitioning of the United States, in Congress assembled, for the signing
of the POLITICAL PARTY REGISTRATION ACT OF 2012, on this
29th
day of July, 2013.

For at least two or more affirmed American Nationals hereby petition
the United States, in Congress assembled to provide registration for
political parties with the general post office for The United States of
America for the purpose of beginning proper elections. Furthermore, the
United States, in Congress assembled shall be judge of election in
accordance with Article V, section 5 of the Articles of Confederation, as
amended, May 19th
, 2012 with the General Post Master Council for The
United States of America as the deciding vote in the case of a tie in
accordance with Article VI, section 1, second paragraph of the Articles
of Confederation, as amended May 19th
, 2012.
RECOMMENDATIONS
It is hereby recommended by at least two affirmed American Nationals
that women shall have equal access to the election process and holding
office in accordance with the Law of the New Flag wherein does it read:

All Independent States are with the same Law Form as required by Anglo-Saxon Law, by-
passing the English Common Law. The origin of all Independent States must have the Mosaic

Law as spoken by the Prophets thereby affirming the desire of the American Nationals to remainFree and Unencumbered. To further show the distinguishing features for this Confederacy theCommon Law for this Confederacy is considered Patriarchy instead of a Matriarchy, althoughthe women within this Confederacy are to be treated as such: 7: For a man indeed should notcover his head, since he is the likeness and esteem of Elohim, but woman is the esteem ofman. 8: For man is not from woman, but woman from man. 9: For man also was not created for the
woman, but woman for the man. 10: Because of this the woman ought to have a symbol of authority onher head, because of the messengers. 11: However, man is not independent of woman, nor womanindependent of man, in the Master. 12: For as the woman was from the man, even so the man also isthrough the woman. But all are from Elohim.

Furthermore, proper elections shall be held as soon as possible when the
population of American Nationals shall exceed 500 or more so that
organization shall be the premier goal of this Confederacy.
Now therefore, BE IT ENACTED, by the United States, in Congress
assembled that a PETITION FOR POLITICAL PARTY
REGISTRATION ACT OF 2013IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED for the
beginning of proper elections within this Confederacy.
So enacted on the 29th day of the seventh month, in the year, 2013,
