Liberal -Not limited to or by established, traditional attitudes, views, or dogmas.

Republican (R) Conservative- Favoring

traditional views and values; tending to oppose change.

Loose Construction: Justifying the creation of new laws, policies, or actions by arguing there are implied powers in the Constitution.
