POLISH FILM INSTITUTE
Established in 2005, Polish Film Institute (PISF) is a funding body which supports film industry at all stages of film produc-tion and promotes Polish films to potential audiences in Poland and abroad. PISF supports films from concept to premiere with particular attention paid to international co-productions. Polish Film Institute is managing a 30% cash rebate scheme.

GOALS IN CANNES:The main goal of Polish Film Institute’s participa-tion in the Marché du Film is organizing the Polish Cinema Stand and promote a 30% cash rebate on film production in Poland. The Stand will be the meeting place for representatives of the Polish Film Insti-tute, producers and partners with international film industry representatives, festival programmers, sales agents, distributors, filmmakers interested in filming in Poland and foreign press.

POLISH ANIMATION PRODUCERS ASSOCIATION (SPPA)
The association’s main objective is to unite animation producers with a view of promoting positive and attractive image of Polish animated films in Poland and abroad with a special focus on contemporary animation. This involves integrating the animat-ed film producers circle and arranging support to Polish pro-ducers in order to obtain foreign partners. Producers involved in SPPA cooperate with major governmental institutions. SPPA is part of ANIMATION EUROPE.

Creative Europe Desk Poland promotes awareness and un-derstanding of the Creative Europe programme, provides free advice and support to applicants, and encourages organisa-tions from Poland to become involved in successful appli-cations. The Creative Europe MEDIA sub-programme aims at supporting the European audiovisual sector. Different fund-ing schemes encourage audiovisual professionals to operate across Europe, to reach new audiences and to develop the skills needed in the digital age.

Film Commission Poland operates within the structure of the Polish Film Institute and coordinates the efforts to promote the Polish film industry and shooting locations on the international market. Thanks to a comprehensive database, up-to-date infor-mation from the film sector and close cooperation with the net-work of regional film commissions, FCP is the first contact point for filmmakers interested in making films in Poland and working with Polish partners.

Krakow Film Commission brings all the city locations into a movie, providing support on the film set. We manage a rich database of specialized companies in the region and assist in securing rights to the locations and streamlining cooperation with city services. Film projects are also welcome to apply for financial support as we are the operator of the Krakow Regional Film Fund – a tool for co-financing film productions. Krakow Film Commission forms a part of Krakow Festival Office.

Pitch the Doc is an innovative, versatile and worldwide online platform, featuring functionality comparable to traditional, live pitching sessions. SCRIPTEAST
ScripTeast provides assistance in script development and broadening writers’ knowledge of the demands of interna-tional production. The programme consists of three fixed-lo-cation sessions (Poland, Berlin, Cannes) and two online sessions.
