POF-USA is an American owned and operated small business. Our Manufacturing and R&D facilities are headquartered in Glendale, Arizona. POF-USA specialize in the design, manufacturing and marketing of AR style rifles, uppers, lowers and miscellaneous gun accessories.

POF-USA has engineered, manufactured and tested this system. We are extremely proud of the durability and performance of the P-308 and the P-415/P-416 Gas-Piston uppers. We have eliminated features of the Gas Operating System such as gas-rings, gas tube, gas key. The P-308 and the P-415/P-416 Gas-Piston systems also eliminates Heat, Carbon build up and Gas Leaks which can have an adverse effect on the operating system. The biggest issue being “HEAT”. A weapons first priority, must be “RELIABILITY”.

Frank DeSomma is President and CEO of POF-USA. Frank has 28 years experience in an industry most recognized for precision, quality, and reliability, the Aerospace Industry. His success in the manufacturing business is based on his skill and experience in troubleshooting faulty equipment and design engineering. As a sport shooter and lifelong student of quality and precision, Frank decided to embark on a voyage to improve the traditional gas impingement design for the AR-style rifle. In just four short years, Frank has been able to inject his dedication for perfection into the main stream firearms industry.

Backbone M.R.R. ™ 2-Piece Receiver .300” Thickness 5X Thicker and Eliminates Flex

Roller Cam Pin reduces friction and drag of the bolt carrier assembly. The roller rolls as the action moves.

The roller cam pin is NP3™ coated (Electro less Nickel with Teflon). This allows the pin to operate without the need to lube.

We are the first gas piston operated weapon system on the AR-style rifle platform to sell to the market. All of our weapon systems come standard using C.R.O.S.™ (Corrosion Resistant Operating System), which allows our weapon system to operate without the need of lubricant.

Our fluted barrels using NATO chambers are polygonal rifled, using 4150 Mil-B-11595 Vanadium alloy (machinegun rated), to reduce heat and weight. All of our barrels are 70 Rockwell case hardened heat treated which are corroision resistant, and 2X harder then Mil-Spec and hammer forged barrels.

Our gas piston operating system has two modes of fire. One for normal mode of operation and the second mode for suppressed. No tools are required to change modes of operation.

Our heat sink barrel nuts, fluted barrels, and free floating rail desigs help to reduce heat of the barrel around the chamber and throat area of the barrel and the overall operating temperature of the weapon system.

All lowers are ambi-controlled, bolt releases, mag releases, and safety selectors. The billet machined lowers all include oversized intergrated trigger guard for use with gloves and large beveled feed ramps on the entrance of the magwell for fast mag loads.

NP3 Plating NP3™ is a combination of a Nickel alloy plating combined with

Polytetrafluoethylene aka Teflon. The plating components with electroless or autocatalytic nickel is

one of the most rapidly developing metal finishing processess. The advantages of coating uniformity, corrosion resistance and

hardness are providing designers with opportunities to protect and improve base materials in ways that were not previously possible.

Mayflower Research & Consulting LLC specializes in building lightweight, high performance tactical nylon for the military athlete. Our design philosophy is built upon 20 years of Infantry and Special Operations experience with six combat tours as a solid foundation. This philosophy centers on trimming unnecessary weight off of the warfighters load by analyzing each piece of load carriage equipment for lighter but yet durable alternatives. Sometimes, this can be achieved by changing the base design and manufacturing technique to eliminate excess and unnecessary materials. Another alternative we use is to incorporate hybrid designs. We analyze the type of usage the pouch or pocket is designed for and the expected life cycle of the pouch; if it is a low-friction or limited use pouch (signal kit, admin pouch etc.) we choose a lighter denier to reduce weight. High friction or high usage pouches (magazine, grenade etc.) are made with a mid-weight denier to balance out weight and durability. Technology currently moves at the speed of need; new equipment fielding, rapidly changing TTPs and environmental factors often makes a nylon pouch or vest obsolete after one or two deployments. Their goal is to maintain the necessary agility to continually evaluate the relevance of each of our items and update and/or replace them as needed.

Complete rifles and lower receivers must be ordered and paid for through an FFL dealer of your choice. There are no exceptions. All of our custom rifles include the Federal Excise Tax. Our delivery times are estimated at the time of the order. We will always try to hold our estimated delivery times. Under no circumstances will we rush any

order. The quality of our custom rifles will not be compromised. 100% satisfaction is always our goal. This does not cover any gunsmithing or modifications done by anyone outside our company.

WARRANTY POLICY: POF-USA firearms have a 3-year limited warranty. POF-USA firearm is warranted to the original retail customer for 3 years from the date of purchase against

defects in material and workmanship. All parts and labor or replacement at our option are covered. Shipping to and from our repair facilities, government fees, damage caused by failure to perform normal maintenance, sales outside the United States,

damage due to high velocity, high pressure, reloaded, or other non-standard ammunition, or any unauthorized repair, modification, misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product is not covered by this limited warranty.

documentation will result in rejecting your order. POF-USA will only ship firearms to a licensed FFL holder. If you do not have an FFL you will need to find a licensed firearms dealer to do the transfer for you.

You must enter the FFL licensed dealer’s address as the shipping address when you place your order with us. FFL, Federal Firearms License, is issued by the BATF to those who deal in firearms. It is illegal to deal in firearms without FFL documentation. An FFL is required

in order to receive a gun delivered through the mail. We require a signed hard copy or a legible fax on file in order to send a gun to the licensee. RETURN POLICY:

POF-USA Patriot Ordnance Factories, INC. offers a 30-day return policy. If your are not satisfied with the product, simply return it for a full refund (less shipping cost). Complete the form and include it with your shipment. There is a 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise.

No returns for credit after 30 days from invoice date. On all returns, no credit will be granted for shipping charges or surcharges. No refund will be allowed if the product has been altered in any way.

SHIPPING POLICY:

In stock merchandise is generally shipped within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Products requiring FFL license will only ship to an FFL dealer address. We will not ship to a residential or private address. There are no exceptions.

Products are generally shipped UPS Ground. UPS requires delivery of item to a physical address. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. We also ship UPS Next Day Air* upon customer’s request. *Item will ship UPS Next Day Air only if item is in stock.
