VSG-1200 PMS Installation guide Step 1 Please request Hotel to ask Fidelio to setup a new “Interface” & “Account” in Fidelio System for VSG-1200! Step 2 Please get into “Billing” option of “System Setting” for setup your VSG-1200’s PMS configuration! PS: Regarding the “Revenue Code” , it should be announce from Fidelio when they setup new Interface!

Step 3 Connect PMS port of VSG-1200 to PMS interface! ( It should be a RS-232 Interface) After that , please try to check in some room from Fidelio for testing! If VSG-1200 can receive check in message , the connection is ok!

Step 4. Please decide which Scenario you want to use! In “Scenario A” , you need to setup VSG-1200 & PNA or Ethernet switch which has VLAN Tag or Port location mapping feature!

Step 5. (Scenario A) Get into “Port – Location Mapping “ option of “System Srtting” , and add Location Identifier into VSG-1200! Please take notice of Location Identifier needs to accord with Room Number! Because VSG-1200 will post charge to Fidelio system by Room Number!

Step 6. (Scenario A) Get into PNA Web UI and setup “PMS Management”!

Step7. (Scenario A) Enable PMS support and fill up VSG-1200’s LAN port IP on “Access Controller Address” field!

Step 8. (Scenario A) Configure each Port Name of PNA port to accord with physical Room Number!

Step 5. (Scenario B) If you don’t have VLAN Tag or Port location mapping PNA or switch, you need to select Scenario B to work with PMS!

Step 6. (Scenario B) Get into “Create Static Account” option of “Accounting “ and create static account to accord with each Room Number!

Step 7. (Scenario B) After setp 6 , you can check account list by click “ Static Account List”! It should list all account as Room Number!
