22) Observations :- The Inspection Team found that:-
MBT level = 2.8 km
Kuccha side drain=(80*80cm).
26 Nos. of Hume Pipe Culvert, inner dia-
1000mm, outer dia-1200 mm.
CC Side Drain- 400mts length, 60 cm width,
60 cm height.
Informatory Signboard and Kilometer Stone
have been erected.
Though the work was 100% completed in
January, 2018 but the same has not been
written on the Signboard.
23) Suggestions:- The EE, PMGSY was advised to instruct the Contractor concerned to write
the actual date of completion on the signboard.

22) Observations :- It was observed that the Signboard shows date of completion as 24/12/2015,
whereas it is completed on 29/4/2017. The Inspection Team also found that the signboard was
broken and fell on the ground. However, it was found that the quality of work done for the said
road is good.
23) Suggestions:- The EE, PMGSY who accompanied the inspection team was advised to
instruct the contractor concerned to repair and re-erect the broken Signboard in the same place
and also to write the actual date of completion on it. Five years maintenance should be started
with effect from 29-04-2017 which is the actual date of completion of the work.

guard wall were done at Stage I.
Metalling and Black Topping were done at Stage II.
11 numbers of Hume pipes/ Culverts.
2(two) numbers of RCC bridge culverts.
1(one) number of causeway bridge
RCC Bridge culvert-1, Span 6.70 mts width 5.40 mts., wing-wall-2.20 mts length and
3.60 mts height, Pucca Side Drain-(60*60) cms with a length of 120 mts.
24) Suggestions:- Sign board shows date of completion as 20/05/2015, whereas it is completed
in December, 2015. The EE, PMGSY was advised to write the actual date of completion on the
Signboard and 5 (five) years maintenance should start with effect from the actual date of
completion of the work.
