§  Objective = gain the Resources and Deliverables you need to complete your Project through all 5 Project Phases:

1.   Concept

2.   Feasibility & Planning

3.   Development

4.   Validation

5.   Rollout & Launch

§  The Project Manager (PM)

§  Responsible to deliver a specific Project within a given Timeline, Resources and Budget.

§  The Portfolio Manager

§  Hands out the Resource & Deliverable cards when purchased by PMs, collects a Project Status card from each PM when they pass “BPO” and keeps the Portfolio health check.

§  The Finance Partner

§  Ensures each PM receives the correct project budget, collects $ for Resources & Deliverables.

§  BPO Facilitator

§  Oversees PM-Opoly game play and explains the rules as needed.
