The Uncontrolled physical expansion of cities to the sub-urbs has failed. Italy, as Europe, feel the need to rehabilitate the historic centers. A study of this areas can be thought of as a model for an analysis of all historic centers; nowadays more than 2/3 inhabitants of the Italian Historic centers go away, the main cause of this process of progressive empting that took place from 1950-1970 has been the out of control expansion of the tertiary-administrative quarters in the central areas of the city but now something is change….
