Michael, hopefully, you will recall my obtaining your personal residential telephone number from the standard New York Telephone Directory Assistance some time, ago, and fortunately your answering you phone so graciously when I rang (as any socially and economically disadvantaged person in my situation would have been able to do through public access. Trusting you and your gracious family are keeping well. Mr. Buffett, hopefully you will remember my contacting you in a related matter through your kind assistant Ms. Deborah Ray, who enabled my to communicate with her email address as set out, above, as customary and available to any caller, albeit, one socially and economically disadvantaged as I am held to be under applicable law. Trusting you are keeping well.

Humbly and modestly, I am writing to each of you as Top World Experts in relevant fields and specially positioned individuals and officials of your respective networks, both business and social, in connection with this special matter involving The Emergency Economic Crises and more, believing you would each answer the call Pro Bono in a matter that matters, if, you could do something that could, with Divine Providence, really become effective. Please accept my humble appreciation for your most admirable character and accomplishments, as of course everyone would be appreciative of your outstanding business accomplishments, but to balance and bring forward your interests in the human condition and activities with the Robin Hood Foundation is really special among people of your position and stature. I am hopeful with success of the proposals here you will feel free to direct efforts to those humanitarian interests as a significant part of our activities.

Jeff, I do not want to sound immodest, so I should say that I believe, L-rd willing, anyone who had the experience I had and preformed the research I performed would have been able, G-d willing, to produce the precedent setting results I was so fortunate to achieve leading to winning the modernization of the New York Times in competition against the largest merchant banks in the world with the company I formed successfully going public on Wall Street in record time from Ideal to IPO and the precedent setting trial and legal status results for NO BID NO WAIT US government contracts/grants that my firm and I have. That said, I more than realize that many believe that all government contracts and status for government contracts are well enough known to them that they do not need anyone ! else to help find the new most valuable goldmines so to speak; however, in my humble and modest opinion and experience and that of some others, the efforts and effects (L-rd willing) of research ("perspiration"as one of GE's founders may have said it, of course along with that needed inspiration) may produce precedent setting results unheard of before, not only as to the status for obtaining US Government contracts, but, also, regarding one or more rather unique and most valuable innovative areas of research and development for one or more of those goldmines.
