The aim ofthe course is to enable parents who attend, tobroaden their knowledge of how mindfulnessand compassion focused approaches canprovide a new range of skills, to help parentsin a way that benefits their mental health andwell-being, and also helps their children to bemore emotionally regulated and happy.
