1.1 Brief introduction of plasma
Substance can exist in one of three states: solid, liquid and gas. When the temperature rises, the molecular will be more dispersive and the random thermal motion of molecules will be more intense. If the
temperature continues to rise, the fourth states will appear – plasma. Plasma is a non-condensed system represented as electric neutrality in macroscopic level. It is combined with positive ions, free electron and negative ions, which are generated after the electron is deprived from atom. Plasma also contains a large number of excited particles and free radical with strong oxidation. A large number of high-energy electrons, ions, excited states of ions and radicals with strong oxidation can make plasma have high energy and active chemical properties.
