Important information for your first login to Plan Sponsor Connect:

• Your User ID and initial Password will be mailed to you by WI Services. The Login page is your entry

• Upon initial login to the site you will be prompted to update your password.

PL AN SELECTION (IF APPLICABLE)

You will be routed to the Plan Selection Page following login if you administer multiple plans on Plan Sponsor Connect.

You will be routed directly to the Plan Details page following login if you only administer one plan on Plan Sponsor Connect.

PL AN DETAILS

The Plan Details page is the main landing page of the site which provides you with a variety of options. The “Roster Selection”

button is at the bottom of this page. Select this button to begin building your roster. The specific sections of this page include:

• Plan Information: This section displays your Plan ID, Plan Number, and total number of plan participants. Select “Update

Plan” to update email addresses associated with the plan.

• Company Information: This section displays the Name and Address of the company. Select “Update Company” to update the

company address, company phone number and contact name.

• Bank Information (if applicable): You will see a section confirming your bank account information if you have completed the

“Plan Sponsor Connect – Banking Information Form” to place your bank information on file. NOTE: This section is not

visible if you have not submitted your banking instructions to WI Services.

• Plan Participants: This section displays the participants included in your plan.

ROSTER SELECTION

The Roster Selection page allows you to choose to build new rosters as well as to view the status of rosters you have either

worked on or submitted previously.

• Select “New Roster” at the top of the page to build a new roster from scratch.

• Select “Access Roster” next to the roster from which you want to model to build a new roster with allocation amounts

modeled from a previous roster. This can be found at the bottom of the page in the Roster Search section.

• The Roster Search section will display previous rosters that have either been submitted for processing or remain as a

work-in-progress. You can search for a specific roster by status, payment type, confirmation number, payment amount

or date range. Here is a list of Roster Status definitions:

Work-in-Progress: Roster in progress that has not yet been submitted for processing.

Held: Roster which has been submitted for processing but has not yet been released.

Released: Roster which has been processed and is pending overnight to post to the account the following business day.

Processed: Roster which has been successfully processed.

Rejected: Roster which has not been processed and has been rejected due to an unresolved issue.

Expired: Roster which has been in a “Held” status for more than 7 calendar days. This indicates the funding was not received

within 7 calendar days and requires the roster to be resubmitted.

ROSTER DETAILS

You will build the roster on the Roster Details page. Changes made to this page are temporary, to be applied

to the current roster only. You have the ability to do several actions on this page:

• Add or remove plan participants from the roster on which you are working.

• Model a new roster from a previously created roster.

• View total amounts by purchase type for each participant within the plan. To view/update amounts and allocations for

a participant within the plan, select their name in the list. This will direct you to the Plan Participant Allocation Page.

• Select the payment type.

• Save the roster to continue working on it within 7 calendar days.

• Delete the roster.

• Submit the roster for processing.

PL AN PARTICIPANT ALLOCATION PAGE

The Plan Participant Allocation page allows you to view and update allocations for participants within the plan. Any changes

made to this page are permanent and will be applied to future rosters until changed. Click on the participant’s name on the

Roster Details page to access this page. You may view and update the breakdown of allocations at the fund/account level.

Allocations can be provided in either dollar amount or percentage.

Building a rosterThis section walks you through step-by-step process of the building a roster.

STEP 1

Login to Plan Sponsor Connect

using your User ID and Password.

STEP 2

Select the “Roster Selection” button

at the bottom of the Plan

Details Page.

STEP 3

Select the “New Roster” button at the top of the page to build a new roster. Select the “Access Roster” button at the bottom right

of the page to continue work on an existing roster.

STEP 4

The Roster Details page provides an overview of the plan. Select a participant name to update/confirm allocations

for that participant.

STEP 5

After selecting the participant’s name, you will be directed to the Plan Participant Allocation page which provides the

fund/account and allocation amount information.

Once you have updated the allocation information for each participant in the plan, select the payment type and then select the

“Submit Roster” button at the bottom of the page.

Payment by ACH

Banking information must be provided in advance using the Plan Sponsor Connect Banking Information Form.

Banking information will be available for use within the PSC online tool approximately 10 business days after Client

Services receives the form. Once the bank information has been added the ACH contribution can be made completely

online. If the ACH is submitted after 3p.m. CST the payment will receive the following day’s trade date.

STEP 7

On the Submit Roster Verification page, select “Confirm” to verify that the roster was submitted successfully.

To view the status of your roster you may return to the Roster Selection page.
