Today’s session is all about exploring place….

• You will be creating a geography character out of card to take home with you.

• Before you leave the prefects will take a photo of you and your character.

• Your challenge is to take a photo of your geographer in many different places!

• This will be an on-going project you can continue throughout the summer…and the best photos will be displayed on the blog and notice board.

• A GARDEN gnome that vanished seven months ago has returned home — complete with snaps from a round-the-world holiday.

• Leprechaun Murphy turned up on owner Eve Stuart-Kelso’s doorstep with a smart photo album charting his adventures in 12 countries and three continents.

• Pics feature him abseiling down a mountain, swimming in the sea and venturing into a croc-infested swamp.

• Gran-of-three Eve also found a note explaining Murphy had left to see if there was more to life than “allowing passing cats to urinate on you”.

• The pensioner, of Longlevens, Gloucs, said of being reunited with him: “It was a wonderful cheery surprise.”
