Dear Students, Teachers, and Parents,
please be informed that the Card-giving/PTC for the 3'o Grading Period will be on January
ZZ,aOLL (Saturday) from 9:00 am to 12:00 nn. We scheduled this one week eariier than the one
calendared in order for teachers and parents to have more time to assist students especially those
needing closer supervision and monitoring. (Since this is an early release of cards, the Advisers'
comments may not yet be available.)
Also, please be informed that there will be no classes on two dates in February: February 11
and February 25. These dates are both Fridays. February 11 is "Lakbay-Aral" for PSHS teachers and
staff while February 25 ls a Holiday (EDSA Anniversary). Dorms will be closed on February 11 to
enable our Dorm personnel to join the "Lakbay-Aral."
Please be advised further of the following end-of-school year activities:

r February 8, 9, & 10 - Achievemerlt Test
r February 23,24, & 28 - Final Examination
r March 1 & 2 - Regular schedule to countercheck scores, computations, etc. /- Start of Academic Clearance
e March 3 & 4 - Removal Exam / Completion of STR requirements
o March 4 - Return of books / Start of Admin clearance
r March 4 {Pm), 5, & 6 - CAT CamPing
r March 7 & I' 4'h Year Moratorium (not requlred to come to school)
r March 9 - Seniors required to be in school for the Peer Ratlng for Special Awards
r March 10-15 - 4th Year Moratoriumo March L6, !7, & 18 - Culminating Activities; Attendance required
r March 2l-25 - Graduation Practice; Attendance required
r March 29 - Thanksgiving; Toast to Fxcellence

2. CAT Camping is required {March 4, 5, & 6). CAT teacher and other volunteer
teachers are in charge of supervision.* Parent's permit required.
3. For STR schedule, STR teachers are in charge of supervision.+
4. Students are not required to come to school on March 7 & 8 and March 10-
15. However, those who have official transactions can come provided they
have teacher endorsement and parents' permit. Endorsing teacher is incharge of supervision. *
5. For culminating activities on March 16-18, sponsors of activities are in
charge of supervision. *
6. For the Graduation Practices on March 2I-25, the Graduation Practice
Committee is in charge of supervision*.
* Supervision entails checking attendance, monitoring student conduct, and
cleanup.
