Adding PropsWith Props such as an elastic band, small ball, or piates circle the teaser can also be made more challengingSimply holding a prop at the ankles or hands automatically requires more control I will use the Pilates circle to hold the teaser position while moving my legs into and out of the circle This variation is extremely difficult as my body shakes trying to keep proper formIdeally if this is performed correctly then the body should also move in sync while lying back down
