The objectives : Include Ste-Blandine neighbourhood in the

eco-renovation project reasoning Favour the rehabilitation of the

neighbourhood in order to optimize and control energy consumption

The stakes (for the Greater Lyon) To take part in reaching the Greater Lyon’s

goals which are listed in the Climate Plan (factor 4 in 2050)

Prove the feasibility and prepare the reproduction of this type of intervention

An innovative operation Few examples up to now in reason of the

complexity of this type of intervention

The Greater Lyon gives the SPLA Lyon Confluence the responsability of starting the necessary urban studies

Service providers must be chosen to :

1- Analyze the site (socioeconomic analysis and typological inventory of buildings),

2- Propose technical solutions, financial arrangments and operational process for Sainte-Blandine neighbourhood,

3- Identify and help exemplary buildings’ rehabilitation
