GALVANISED STEEL - IDEAL SOLUTION FOR PV PARKS
LEADER IN DESIGN AND PV STRUCTURES Thanks to the experience and technical skills gained by the company in the last projects completed, we provide design services in house, professional production and assembling structures done by our employees. The structure contains mechanical fastening system of photovoltaic panels on the roof or on the ground. It can deliver standard and custom structures depending on the area, and weather conditions.
Resistant structures is calculated according to the EU Normes and meet resistance 200-250 kg/m2 for snow, 0,6Kpa/m2 wind and land acceleration up to 0,36 g.
Structures are studied and designed according to the EU construction Norms. The structure is composed of different sections made of aluminium, stainless steel or galvanised steel. Fastening systems used are Class 8.8, and for panels fixing screws we recommend stainless A2.

STEEL STRUCTURE OF 4 MWP PV POWER PLANT
Galvanised steel structure with pillars mechanically inserted into the ground. It may be mounted even on slope portions. Loading up to 200-250 kg/m2 snow, wind 130 km / h and land acceleration up to 0.36 g .(earthquake)
Photovoltaic panels are attached with clamps of aluminium alloy 6060 and stainless steel screws A2.
Structural elements are assembled using high-strength galvanised screws class 8.8 with flange locking nut.
