A few interesting observations from this and other projects
≫
An Electro-mobility scheme is a business process
rather than a technical challenge
≫
The solution is customer
rather charger
centric≫
Consistent operational delivery trumps software functionality≫
Maintenance and support
for the installed chargers is more important than the chargers themselves
Be aware of the future
Consider the transition to transactional
rather than subscription based servicesEnsure consistent and reliable
field installation and maintenance Evolutions
in the vehicle sector will be rapidInteroperability
with other schemes –
not just eCarStandards and certifications
will emergeLook to maximise rather than strand
the asset investment
