Likert scale survey over 5 months (January to May 2013) More familiar with the pharmacist’s role on the primary care team (p<0.001) Improved ability to develop patient-centered, therapeutic plans as part of a
multidisciplinary team (p=0.03) Improved communication of therapeutic plans to other healthcare students or
professionals (p=0.006) and patients (p=0.003) “Strongly agreed” or “Agreed” that patients would benefit from receiving care from
interprofessional teams
