    1.0 GENERALITATI 1.0 GENERAL

    1.1 Domeniu de aplicare 1.1 Scope

    Prezenta Norma OMV se aplica Societatii Comerciale OMV Refining & Marketing GmbH, (numai pentru Rafinaria Schwechat inclusiv locatiile Lobau si St. Valentin), pentru continutul desenelor reprezentand planurile de ansamblu.

    Prezenta Norma se poate aplica si in alte domenii, inclusiv Petrom OMV. Descrierile functiunilor utilizate in prezenta norma se

    vor intelege ca fiind de gen neutru.

    This OMV standard applies to the company OMV Refining & Marketing GmbH (only for the Schwechat refinery incl. the Lobau and St. Valentin locations) for the plan contents of general layouts.

    This standard can also be applied in other location areas, including Petrom OMV. The function descriptions in this standard are to be

    regarded as gender-neutral.

    1.2 Norme si reglementari 1.2 Standards and instructions Impreuna cu prezenta norma se vor respecta dispozitiile, normele si directivele valabile in Romania, in varianta lor aflata in vigoare, care sunt mentionate in Anexa 1. Nu consideram enumerarea noastra ca fiind una completa. Daca intre diferitele dispozitii, reglementari, norme si directive apar diferente sau contradictii, iar aspectele respective nu sunt in mod expres clarificate prin prezenta norma, se va aplica reglementarea cu formularea cea mai restrictiva. In cazul in care prevederile se exclud reciproc, atunci se va aplica reglementarea prevazuta de legislatia din Romania. Intra in responsabilitatea executantului sa verifice daca prevederile prezentei norme sunt adecvate scopului lucrarii respective. Aplicarea normei nu il degreveaza pe executant de raspunderea pe care o are in calitate de antreprenor profesionist si responsabil.

    Daca executantul are obiectii cu privire la una dintre prevederile stabilite, el il va informa imediat in scris pe angajator despre acest lucru

    In conjunction with this Standard, the respective specifications, standards and directives legally applicable in Romania stated in Annex 1 should be taken into account in their currently valid form. This listing is not claimed to be complete.

    In the event of deviations or conflicts arising between the various specifications, standards and directives and there is no firm definition by this standard, then the strictest formulation is to be applied in each case.

    Where they are mutually exclusive, then the Romanian statutory regulations will apply.

    The contractor will be responsible for checking the appropriateness of this standard for the intended purpose. The application does not relieve the contractor of his responsibility as specialist and independent entrepreneur.

    If the contractor has reservations concerning an agreed definition, then he must notify the client of this in writing without delay.

    2.0 PLAN DE AMPLASAMENT (SITUARE) (SP)

    Planurile de amplasament(situare) redau la scara vederea de sus a unei exploatari (de exemplu: rafinarie), a unei instalatii tehnologice. La introducerea de instalatii noi intr-un plan existent se va reprezenta situarea in instalatiile existente. Se vor aplica Normele Petrom OMV 301 si 350 +. Numarul desenului se va stabili conform Normei Petrom OMV 310 partea 1.

    Extensii ale acestora sunt permise dupa punerea de acord cu TDD.

    2.0 PLOT PLAN (PLP)

    Plot plans depict a scale outline of an operation (e.g.: refinery) or a technical process plant.

    Upon entry of new plants into an existing plan, the location within the existing plants must be depicted. Petrom OMV standards 301 and 350+ must be applied. The drawing number must be defined according to Petrom OMV standard 310 part 1.

    Extensions to this are permitted after consultation withTDD.

    situare este AutoCAD. Alta varianta de executie este admisa dupa punerea de acord cu TDD.

    Daca se lucreaza in AutoCAD se va utiliza SYMBOLICA

    Daca este necesara o conversie intre diferite aplicatii CAD, este necesara stabilirea interfetelor inainte de inceperea proiectului (incheierea contractului)

    La intocmirea desenelor se vor aplica Normele Petrom OMV

    Originea desenului (corespunde planului de situatie) se va mentiona in apropierea indicatorului (pe desenul de proiect)

    Marimea formatului pentru planurile de situare se va alege conform Normei Petrom OMV 301

    Sectiunile se vor utiliza corespunzator Normelor Petrom OMV 350+.

    Deoarece la aplicatia AutoCAD se va utiliza SYMBOLICA, se vor aplica definitiile de culoare si cele de stil de scriere stabilite pentru aceasta

    La utilizarea SYMBOLICA, definitiile pentru culoare, stil de scriere si grosimi ale liniilor sunt prevazute in lay-ere sau direct pe elementul AutoCAD Prin aceasta nu mai este nevoie de fisierul de date PEN

    Numai introducerea corecta si completa a codurilor si datelor utilizate in planul de situatie asigura preluarea automata.

    The target system for the plot plans is AutoCAD. A different design is permitted after consultation with TDD.

    When using AutoCAD, SYMBOLICA should be used

    The Petrom OMV standards must be applied in the creation of the drawings

    The plan origin (corresponds to the as-built plan) must be indicated near the header (on the project plan)

    The page size of the plot plans must be selected according to Petrom OMV standard 301

    Layers must be applied according to Petrom OMV standards 350+

    Because SYMBOLICA must be used for AutoCAD applications, the color and font style definitions established for this apply

    For use of SYMBOLICA, the color, font style and line width definitions are located in the layer or directly in the AutoCAD element. This makes a PEN assignment file no longer necessary

    Only correct and complete entry of the labels and data used in the plot plan guarantees automatic transfer.

    3.0 PLAN DE INSTALARE (sectiuni) ( PP) 3.0 LAYOUT ( LAY) Planurile de instalare (in sectiune) reprezinta la scara vederea de sus si sectiunea unei instalatii de tehnica de proces. In cazul instalatiilor mai mari pentru care reprezentarea trebuie impartita pe mai multe desene, trebuie prezentata situatia instalatiei in intregime. Se vor aplica Normele Petrom OMV 301 si 350ff. Numarul desenului se va stabili conform Normei Petrom OMV 310 partea 1. Extensii ale acestora sunt permise dupa punerea de acord cu TDD.

    Layouts depict the scale outline and sectional representation of a technical process plant.

    For larger plants that must be depicted spread over multiple plans, the location of the entire plant must be indicated.

    Petrom OMV standards 301 and 350+ must be applied. The drawing number must be defined according to Petrom OMV standard 310 part 1. Extensions to this are permitted after consultation with TDD.

    4.0 PLAN GENERAL SUBTERAN (USP) 4.0 SUBSOIL SUMMARY PLAN (SSP) USP-urile redau fundatiile, jgheaburile din beton, puturile, traseele de cabluri, echipamentele precum si sistemele de conducte din subteran. Elementele (fundatii, structuri din otel, echipamente) sunt reprezentate pana la o inaltime de +50 cm deasupra nivelului instalatiei. In cazul instalatiilor mari, a caror reprezentare este impartita pe mai multe desene, trebuie prezentata situatia instalatiei in intregime. Se vor utiliza Normele Petrom OMV 301 si 350+. Numarul desenului se va stabili conform Normei Petrom OMV 310 partea 1. Extensii ale acestora sunt permise dupa punerea de acord cu TDD.

    SSP depict the foundations, concrete channels, shafts, cable routes, equipment and pipeline systems that are underground. The structures (foundations, steel structures, equipment) are depicted up to a height of +50 cm above the plant level. For larger plants that must be depicted spread over multiple plans, the location of the entire plant must be indicated. Petrom OMV standards 301 and 350+ must be applied. The drawing number must be defined according to Petrom OMV standard 310 part 1. Extensions to this are permitted after consultation with TDD.

    AutoCAD. Alta varianta de executie este admisa dupa punerea de acord cuTDD

    Daca se lucreaza in AutoCAD se va utiliza SYMBOLICA

    Daca este necesara o conversie intre diferite aplicatii CAD, este necesara stabilirea interfetelor inainte de inceperea proiectului (incheierea contractului)

    La intocmirea desenelor se vor aplica Normele Petrom OMV

    Originea desenului (corespunde planului de situatie) se va mentiona in apropierea indicatorului (pe desenul de proiect)

    Marimea formatului pentru USP se va alege conform Normei Petrom OMV 301

    Sectiunile se vor utiliza corespunzator Normelor OMV 350+

    Deoarece la aplicatia AutoCAD se va utiliza SYMBOLICA, se vor aplica definitiile de culoare si cele de stil de scriere stabilite pentru aceasta

    La utilizarea SYMBOLICA definitiile pentru culoare, stil de scriere si grosimi ale liniilor sunt prevazute in lay-ere sau direct pe elementul AutoCAD Prin aceasta nu mai este nevoie de fisierul de date PEN

    Numai introducerea corecta si completa a codurilor si datelor utilizate in USP asigura preluarea automata.

    The target system for the SSPs is AutoCAD. A different design is permitted after consultation with TDD

    When using AutoCAD, SYMBOLICA should be used

    If conversion between different CAD applications is necessary, the interface definition must be defined before the start of the project (conclusion of the contract)

    The Petrom OMV standards must be applied in the creation of the drawings

    The plan origin (corresponds to the as-built plan) must be indicated near the header (on the project plan).

    The page size of the SSP must be selected according to Petrom OMV standard 301

    Layers must be applied according to OMV standards 350+

    Because SYMBOLICA must be used for AutoCAD applications, the color and font style definitions established for this apply

    For use of SYMBOLICA, the color, font style and line width definitions are located in the layer or directly in the AutoCAD element. This makes a PEN assignment file no longer necessary

    Only correct and complete entry of the labels and data used in the SSP guarantees automatic transfer.
