    1.0 GENERALITATI

    1.1 Domeniu de valabilitate Prezenta norma se aplica in companiile membre ale Concernului OMV inclusiv in OMV Petrom. Acest norma cuprinde cerintele impuse pentru executia, montajul si controlul unei izolatii la cald finalizate, la aparatele de presiune, aparate, coloane, schimbatoare de caldura, conducte, armaturi, rezervoare verticale (tancuri) ca si instructiunile privind izolatia de protectie la incendii. Norma mai cuprinde si instructiunile tehnice privind livrarea materialelor si a materialelor auxiliare de izolatie pentru executarea unei izolatii complete la caldura, ca si grosimile de izolatie necesare in conditii diverse de exploatare respectiv necesare pentru asigurarea rentabilitatii economice

    1.0 GENERAL

    1.1 Scope

    This OMV Group Standard is valid for OMV Group companies, including OMV Petrom. This Standard includes definitions for designing, installing and testing ready to use thermal insulation on pressure vessels, installations, columns, heat exchangers, piping, fittings and vertical containers (tanks) as well as notes for fire protection insulation. It also includes technical regulations for supplying insulation and auxiliary materials to provide complete thermal insulation and the required insulation thicknesses for various operating conditions and to ensure cost effectiveness.

    1.2 Norme si reglementari In coroborare cu prezentul standard se vor respecta toate dispozitiile legale, normele si directivele aflate in vigoare in Romania, mentionate in Anexa 1. Nu consideram ca enumerarea mentionata este completa, epuizeaza toate normele in vigoare.

    Daca intre diferitele directive si norme apar abateri si contradictii iar in prezentul standard nu exista referiri clare la aceste aspecte, se va aplica norma care contine cea mai restrictiva formulare.

    Acolo unde normele se exclud reciproc, se vor aplica prevederile legislatiei romane.

    Cade in sarcina executantului contractului sa verifice daca prezentul standard poate fi aplicat pentru scopul prevazut. Aplicarea standardului nu il exonereaza pe executant de responsabilitatile care ii revin in calitate de antreprenor expert si independent.

    1.2 Standards and instructions

    In conjunction with this Standard, the respective specifications, standards and directives legally applicable in Romania and stated in Annex 1 should be taken into account in their currently valid form. This list is not claimed to be complete.

    In the event of deviations or conflicts arising between the various standards and specifications and there is no firm definition in this standard, the strictest formulation shall be applied in each case.

    Where they are mutually exclusive, the statutory Romanian provisions shall apply.

    The contractor is responsible for checking the appropriateness of this standard for the intended purpose. Its application does not relieve the contractor of his responsibility as a competent, independent entrepreneur.

    Should the contractor have reservations concerning an agreed definition, he shall notify the client of this in writing without delay.

    1.3 Marcarea izolatiei la cald In general, marcarea izolatiei la cald se face in schema R&I (montare si demontare Removal & Installation) si in izometrii / planuri de amplasament poduri de conducte / liste de conducte conform codului de clasa de izolatie,

    The thermal insulation shall generally be labelled in P&I diagrams (Removal & Installation), as well as in isometries, pipe bridge diagrams and piping lists using the insulation class abbreviations, as described in

    1.4 Grosimi de izolatie Tabel 4.1 si 4.2 (Anexa) Tabel 4.3 (Anexa) Indica grosimile de izolatie necesare pentru conductele de proces / de abur si pentru sistemele de incalzire electrica.

    Pentru stabilirea grosimii de izolatie a conductelor cu incalzire cu abur este nevoie ca teava de incalzire sa fie prevazuta cu inca o izolatie de 30 mm grosime, chiar daca acest lucru conduce la aparitia unor abateri de la grosimea de izolatie raportata la temperatura, prevazuta de tabelele 4.1. si 4.2.

    Pentru evitarea decupajelor in mantaua de protectie la intemperii, grosimile de izolatie in zona ecliselor suportilor vor fi astfel concepute incat ele sa fie la nivelul grosimii mantalei de protectie, chiar daca acest lucru conduce la aparitia unor abateri de la grosimea de izolatie raportata la temperatura, prevazuta de tabelele 4.1. si 4.2.

    1.4 Insulation thickness

    Table 4.1 and 4.2 (Appendix)- Table 4.3 (Appendix) Indicate the required insulation thicknesses for the process/steam pipelines and electric heating.

    When determining the insulation thickness for pipes with steam tracing, it is essential for the insulation to be 30 mm thick above the tracer, even if this should result in deviations from the temperature-related thickness as indicated in Tables 4.1 and 4.2.

    To prevent cut-outs in the weatherproof jacket, the insulation thickness in the area of mounting brackets shall be selected to fit inside the weatherproof jacket, even if this should result in deviations from the temperature-related thickness as indicated in Tables 4.1 and 4.2.

    2.0 MATERIALE(MATERIALE DE IZOLATIE)

    Conditiile generale, limitele de aplicatie si coeficientii de conductivitate termica pot fi gasiti in norma Petrom OMV L 1001.

    Nu este permisa utilizarea de materiale fibroase din zgura de furnal.

    Alte materiale izolante vor fi stabilite de comun acord cu beneficiarul.

    2.0 MATERIALS (INSULATION)

    Refer to Petrom OMV Group Standard L 1001 for the general requirements, application limits and thermal conductivity properties.

    Fibre from blast furnace slag may not be used.

    Other insulating materials shall be specified in agreement with the customer.

    2.1 Materiale de izolatie/conditii generale 2.1.1 Marcarea

    Toate materialele livrate trebuie sa fie marcate complet si clar vizibil, cu:

    2.1.1 Labelling

    All materials supplied must be labelled adequately and clearly visibly:

    numele producatorului ; calitatea ; dimensiunile.

    2.1.2 Inflamabilitate Neinflamabilitate

    Materialele trebuie sa nu fie inflamabile. Materialele plastice trebuie sa fie greu inflamabile. La depozitarea pe santier, trebuie avut in vedere ca materialele de izolatie sa nu se impregneze cu lichide sau gaze inflamabile.

    2.1.2 Flammability combustibility

    The materials must be non-combustible. Plastic materials must be flame resistant. When storing them on the building site, ensure that the insulating materials cannot become saturated with combustible liquids or gases.

    2.1.3 Compatibilitatea cu alte suprafete metalice

    Materialele feritice nu trebuie sa vina in contact cu suprafete metalice din oteluri austenitice.

    2.1.3 Compatibility with other metal surfaces

    Ferritic materials must not come into contact with metal surfaces made of austenitic steel.

    2.2 Materii si materiale 2.2.1 Saltele de vata minerala

    Conditii - vezi AGI Q 132.

    2.2.2 Piese fasonate (Placi, cofraje tubulare.)

    Pentru izolatia la cald la rezervoare, cu suprafete plane sau aproape plane, se pot folosi placi.

    La conducte se pot folosi cofraje tubulare (semicirculare).

    Segmentele (jumatatile) de cofraj tubular vor fi fixate de conducta cu sarma de legat, min. 6 infasurari pe metru. Piesele fasonate vor fi prevazute cu rosturi de etansare.

    Imbinarile longitudinale trebuie sa se intrepatrunda reciproc. Daca operatia de ajustare la piesele in T, la scarile de coborare etc nu a dat rezultatele dorite, rosturile formate vor fi astupate cu bucati de vata minerala.

    2.2.3 Bucati de vata minerala (vata pentru astupare)

    Bucatile de vata minerala cu fibra lunga, pentru izolatie prin astupare, pot fi folosite acolo unde, din motive tehnologice, nu este posibila izolatia cu saltele de vata minerala. La izolatia prin astupare trebuie sa se obtina o densitate de 80 100 kg/m3.

    Vata minerala va fi depozitata in ambalaje rezistente la ploaie.

    2.2.4 Sticla spongioasa

    Sticla spongioasa este adecvata pentru izolatiile la cald la care se impun conditii de rezistenta crescuta si pentru care exista riscul expunerii la umiditate ridicata (de ex.sub fundul rezervoarelor, izolatiile din culoare, batale etc).

    La izolarea tevilor cu elemente din sticla spongioasa trebuie avut in vedere ca este necesar ca teava sa fie prevazuta cu o protectie la uzura prin frecare, ca urmare a dilatarii conductei.

    2.2 Materials

    2.2.1 Mineral wool mats

    For requirements, see AGI Q 132.

    2.2.2 Shaped parts (boards, pipe shells, etc.)

    Boards may be used for thermal insulation on tanks with flat or virtually flat surfaces.

    Shells may be used for piping.

    The pipe shell halves shall be attached to the piping with binding wire using at least six per metre. The shaped parts must be laid with no space between joints.

    The long side joints should be staggered. Given that it is difficult to fit insulation round tees, outlets, etc., the joints must be stuffed with loose mineral wool.

    2.2.3 Loose mineral wool (wool stuffing)

    Loose, long-fibre mineral wool for thermal insulation by stuffing may only be used where mat insulation is not possible for access reasons. A density of 80 to 100 kg/m should be achieved by stuffing.

    The mineral wool must be stored in rainwater proof packaging.

    2.2.4 Foam glass

    Foam glass is suitable for thermal insulation where increased resistance is required and there is a risk of the insulation being exposed to greater moisture (e.g. underneath tanks, insulation of trenches, etc.).

    When insulating pipes with shaped foam glass parts, ensure that there is protection against metal-to-metal wear from pipe expansion on the pipe.

    2.3 Materiale pentru mantalele de protectie la intemperii si accesorii

    Materialul pentru mantaua de protectie la intemperii si executia izolatiei (de ex.tole trapezoidale, izolatie rezitenta la trafic etc) vor fi stabilite inainte de atribuirea contractului.

    2.3.1 Mantaua de protectie la intemperii

    2.3.1.1 Tabla Al-Zn(tabla de otel ameliorat)

    Tabla de otel ameliorat cu strat de acoperire 55 % Al, 1,6 % Si, restul Zn, denumire comerciala Galvalume, sub forma de benzi sau table plane, cu grosimea de 0,5 1,0 mm. Greutatea de sprijinire pe suport 185 g pentru ambele parti. Pentru imbinarile cu surub se vor folosi, de regula, suruburi din material 1.4301.

    2.3 Materials for weatherproof jackets and accessories

    The materials for the weatherproof jacket and type of insulation (e.g. trapezoidal sheet, crushproof insulation, etc.) shall be specified before the contract is awarded.

    2.3.1 Weatherproof jackets

    2.3.1.1 Aluminium-zinc plate (hot-dip galvanised steel sheet)

    Steel sheet coated with aluminium-zinc alloy made of 55% Al, 1.6% Si and the remainder Zn using a hot-dip process, trade name "Galvalume" as strips or flat sheets in thicknesses 0.5 to 1.0 mm. Coating weight 185 g for both sides. Bolts made of material 1.4301 must be used for connections.

    2.3.1.2 Tabla de aluminiu (pentru reparatii la tablaria existenta sau mici extinderi

    Se utilizeaza tabla de Al mata, calitate de izolatie semidura, puritate 99,5 % conform DIN EN 485 sau tole de Al in aliaj Al Mg 2 Mn 0,8 G 22 sau Al Mn 1 Mg 1 F 22 45/150 trapezoidale, ambele cu rezistenta la apa de mare, semidure, mate, sub forma de benzi de 1000 mm latime, grosime 0,6 2,0 mm

    La temperaturi de lucru mai mari (> 400C) si daca se preconizeaza dilatatii mai mari (de ex.rezervoare de stocare) pot fi folosite tole trapezoidale (45/150) sau tole striate din Al de calitatea specificata.

    2.3.1.3 Tabla de otel zincata (pentru reparatii la tablaria existenta sau mici extinderi)

    Materialul de baza este tabla subtire laminta la cald, calitatea I. Invelisul de Zn pe ambele parti, conform EN ISO 1461 si SR EN 50189, trebuie sa aiba in total min. 275 g/m3.

    2.3.1.2 Aluminium plate (for repairs and minor expansions)

    Matt aluminium plate, medium hard insulation quality, purity 99.5% to DIN EN 485 must be used or aluminium sheet in Al Mg 2 Mn 0.8 G 22 or Al Mn 1 Mg 1 F22 - 45/150 trapezoidal alloy, both seawater proof, medium hard matt as 1,000 mm wide strip in thicknesses of 0.6 2.0 mm.

    At higher working temperatures (>400C) and if greater expansion is to be expected (e.g. for storage tanks), trapezoidal sheet (45/150) or aluminium grooved plate of the stated quality may be used.

    2.3.1.3 Galvanised steel plate (for repairs and minor expansions)

    The base material is Grade I hot-rolled thin sheet. The zinc coating on both sides to EN ISO 1461 and SR EN 50189 shall be at least 275 g/m in total.

    2.3.1.4 Conducte de acid si lesie

    Pentru conductele de acid si lesie, mantaua de protectie la intemperii va fi fabricata din tabla de otel austenitic, material nr. 1.4571.

    2.3.1.5 Rezervoare verticale(Tancuri)

    Mantaua de protectie la intemperii este fabricata din tabla trapezoidala de Al (45/150) vezi punctul 2.3.1.2.

    2.3.1.4 Acid and alkali lines

    The weatherproof jacket for acid and alkali lines shall be made of austenitic steel plate, material No. 1.4571.

    2.3.1.5 Vertical containers (tanks)

    The weatherproof jackets shall be made of aluminium trapezoidal plate (45/150) see Sec. 2.3.1.2.

    2.3.1.6 Mici reparatii

    Micile reparatii executate la mantaua de protectie la intemperii vor fi adaptate la tablaria existenta. Tabla: Al-Zn, Al etc

    2.3.1.7 Suruburi / Suporti

    Suruburi de cupelatie pentru tabla conform SR EN ISO 1481-01sau suruburi cu cap cilindric pentru tabla, cu locas hexagonal si crestare longitudinala, conform SR EN 1479-03).

    Pentru izolatii la cald cu protectie speciala la umiditate (de ex.cu incalzire electrica) se vor folosi suruburi cu cap cilindric pentru tabla, cu saiba montata din plastic.

    2.3.2 Accesorii

    2.3.2.1 Imbinari cu nit

    Pentru imbinarile cu nit in zonele cu tabla se vor folosi nituri oarbe cu tija de otel (1.4301).

    2.3.1.6 Minor repairs

    Minor repairs to weatherproof jackets shall be carried out to suit the sheet metal used: aluminium-zinc, aluminium, etc.

    2.3.1.7 Screws / heads

    Cupellation screws for sheet to SR EN ISO 1481-01 or hexagon and slotted pan head tapping screws to SR EN 1479-03).

    Slotted pan head tapping screws with plastic disc attached shall be used for thermal insulation with special moisture protection (e.g. with electric tracing).

    2.3.2 Accessories

    2.3.2.1 Riveted joints

    Steel shank blind rivets (1.4301) must be used for riveted joints in the area of sheet metals.

    2.3.2.2 Benzi de strangere sau fixare

    2.3.2.3 Constructii portante de sprijin

    Pentru demontarea si remontarea mai usoara, la toate elementele de izolatie usor demontabile trebuie sa fie racordate inchizatoare cu parghie cotita.

    Aceste inchizatoare cu blocare automata trebuie sa fie fabricate din material nr. 1.4301.

    Prin elemente de izolatie usor demontabile se inteleg acele parti care trebuie sa fie demontate si remontate intr-un interval de min.6 luni.

    2.3.2.6 Folie de aliminiu

    Folie de Al in role, grosime 0,05 mm.

    2.3.2.7 Materiale de etansare pentru hidroizolatii

    Material de etansare, transparent (silicon) sau similar.

    2.3.2.8 Materiale izolante ceramice

    de ex.Superwool, KAO-Wool etc. Limita de aplicatie T = 1.250 C

    2.3.2.5 Toggle fasteners

    Toggle fasteners shall be attached to all easily removable insulation parts for easier detachment and replacement.

    These self-locking toggle fasteners shall be made of material No. 1.4301.

    Easily removable insulation parts mean components that have to be detached and replaced within a period of at least six months.

    2.3.2.6 Aluminium foil

    Aluminium foil, 0.05 mm thick, in rolls.

    2.3.2.7 Sealing material for seals

    Sealing material, transparent (silicon) or equivalent.

    2.3.2.8 Ceramic insulating materials

    e.g. Superwool, KAO-Wool, etc. application limit T = 1,250C.

    3.0 EXECUTIE

    3.1 Modalitati de executie Daca la incredintarea contractului nu s-a convenit altfel, firma care executa lucrarile de izolatie are in sarcina si urmatoarele:

    asigurarea personalului calificat si auxiliar de executie si a personalului calificat de control si supraveghere, pentru executarea unor lucrari de calitate ;

    livrarea tuturor materialelor, sculelor si utilajelor de prelucrare, franco santier ;

    materialele, in special cele de izolatie, vor fi depozitate in stare uscata, in baraci protejate la intemperii sau sub prelate adecvate. Pentru protectia la umezeala, materialele de izolatie nu vor fi pastrate direct pe sol

    3.0 EXECUTION

    3.1 Execution terms

    Unless agreed otherwise when the contract is awarded, the services to be provided by the insulation company shall include the following:

    provision of the necessary skilled and auxiliary staff as well as trained supervisors to ensure that the work is carried out properly.

    delivery of all materials, tools and sheet metal

    working machines free building site.

    4.0 MONTAJ

    4.0 INSTALLATION

    4.1 Instructiuni generale Conductele, aparatele si rezervoarele vor putea fi izolate numai daca probele de presiune / de stabilitate respectiv controalele de etanseitate s-au incheiat cu rezulate pozitive si daca dirigintele de santier OMV Petrom a avizat executia lucrarilor de izolatie la cald. Exceptiile vor fi decise de catre dirigintele de santier OMV Petrom.

    Izolatia la cald va fi facuta numai pe suprafete adecvate si uscate, care nu prezinta straturi groase de rugina sau arsura.

    4.1 General notes

    Piping, tanks and installations shall not be insulated until the required pressure and/or proof tests and leak tests have been successfully completed and the OMV Petrom site supervisors have approved them for thermal insulation. The OMV Petrom site supervisors may make exceptions in certain cases.

    The thermal insulation shall only be applied to clean, dry surfaces that do not display thick layers of rust or loose scaling.

    Daca, din cauza necesitatilor impuse de temperatura sau de mediul de transport, conductele trebuie sa aiba sub stratul de izolatie la cald o protectie la coroziune, aceasta va fi executata conform listei de conducte.

    4.1.1 Depozitarea si protectia materialelor de izolatie

    Inainte de montaj, materialul de izolatie va fi protejat de impuritati si umiditate. Zilnic se va executa un volum de operatii de izolatie egal cu volumul de operatii de acoperire cu tabla. Exceptii pot fi facute la rezervoarele verticale (coloane, tancuri, rezervoare sub presiune), prin prelate de protectie la intemperii.

    In special la depozitarea pe santier trebuie avut grija ca materialele de izolatie sa nu vina in contact cu lichide sau gaze inflamabile.

    Where the piping requires corrosion protection under the thermal insulation because of the temperature or medium, it shall be applied by the customer in accordance with the piping list.

    4.1.1 Storage and protection of insulating materials

    Before installation, the insulating material shall be protected against contamination and the effects of moisture. Only as much insulation should be installed every day as can be plated. Exceptions are possible for vertical containers (i.e. columns, tanks, pressure vessels) with weatherproof tarpaulins.

    Ensure that the insulating materials cannot become saturated with combustible liquids or gases, especially when they are stored on building sites.

    4.2 Instructiuni de constructie 4.2.1 Conducte, rezervoare, aparate

    Pentru obtinerea unei grosimi uniforme de izolatie si pentru evitarea deplasarii mantalei de protectie la intemperii, la izolatiile executate cu saltele, piese fasonate cu rezistenta mica la compresie sau cu bucati de vata minerala este necesar sa se foloseasca constructii de sprijin ca sistem portant pentru mantaua de protectie la intemperii.

    O constructie de sprijin va fi prevazuta pentru toate tevile mai mari de DN 50 si pentru grosimi de izolatie de la 90 mm in sus respectiv pentru tevi mai mari de DN 350 si grosimi de izolatie de 40 mm si mai mari. Constructiile de sprijin vor fi amplasate la intervale de 980 mm, prin fixare cu cleme.

    4.2 Design engineering notes

    4.2.1 Piping, tanks and installations

    When insulating with mats, shaped parts of low compressive strength and loose wool, the weatherproof jackets shall be attached to supporting structures to achieve a uniform insulation thickness and prevent the weatherproof jacket from becoming displaced.

    A supporting structure shall be installed for all pipes larger than DN 50, insulation thicknesses of 90 mm or more and larger than DN 350, and insulation thicknesses of 40 mm or more. The supporting structures shall be attached at intervals of 980 mm by clamping.

    La coturi, piese pasuite si piese incorporate in montaj se va amplasa cate o constructie de sprijin la inceputul si la sfarsitul componentei.

    La o temperatura de lucru de pana la 150C distantierele pot fi sudate cu inelul de rezemare.

    La peste 150C, intre distantier si inelul de rezemare se va monta un strat intermediar de izolatie, de grosimea corespunzatoare. Puntea de distantare si inelul de rezemare vor fi legate prin nituire.

    La temperaturi de lucru de peste 400C, intre puntea de distantare si inelul de rezemare se va monta un strat intermediar de izolatie, de grosimea corespunzatoare. Legatura dinspre punte catre inel se face printr-un colier din banda de otel inoxidabila de cca 1,0 mm grosime, iar banda va fi prinsa cu nituri atat de puntea distantierului cat si de inelul de rezemare

    Where bends, adapters and fittings are used, a supporting structure is required at the beginning and the end.

    The spacer webs may be welded to the supporting ring up to a working temperature of 150C.

    Over 150C an insulating inlay of suitable thickness must be inserted between the spacer web and supporting ring. The spacer web and supporting ring shall be connected with rivets.

    If the working temperature is over 400C, an insulating inlay of suitable thickness shall be inserted between the spacer web and supporting ring. The spacer web shall be connected to the supporting ring with a clip made of stainless steel strip, approx. 1.0 mm thick with the band attached using rivets to the supporting ring at one end and the spacer web at the other.

    Executantul va comunica si va obtine acordul beneficiarului privind insertia respectiv suportul izolant pe care il va utiliza.

    Daca executantul propune alte constructii si materiale, care indeplinesc conditiile impuse si care suporta dilatatiile termice ale elementelor ce urmeaza a fi izolate, aceste alternative vor fi indicate in comanda, separat.

    The contractor shall indicate the insulating inlay or overlay to be used and agree it with the customer.

    If the contractor suggests other structures and materials that meet the requirements and in particular absorb the thermal expansion of the system part to be insulated, such alternatives shall be listed separately in the tender.

    If the nominal diameter is over DN 700 or the cross-section not circular, the distance between the webs, measured on the outer ring, shall be 250 mm maximum.

    The supporting structures may either be installed before or after the insulating materials are installed.

    The supporting rings made of steel strip shall be closed using bolts of at least 6 mm diameter.

    4.2.2 Prevenirea coroziunii de contact

    Trebuie avut grija ca in nici un loc sa nu se asambleze metale care produc coroziune de contact. In aceste situatii trebuie sa fie prevazuta o insertie adecvata (de ex. panza din fibra de sticla).

    4.2.3 Interzicerea operatiilor de sudura provizorie (ajutatoare) pentru executarea izolatiei

    Pentru executarea izolatiei, pe santier nu sunt permise operatiile de sudura la rezervoare, conducte sau alte constructii.

    4.2.4 Aplatizarea executata din motive de spatiu

    In locurile unde, din motive de spatiu, trebuie redusa grosimea izolatiei, va fi prevazuta o apaltizare in invelisul metalic, executata profesionist. De semenea, in aceste locuri, invelisul de tabla va trebui sa fie complet inchis. La aplatizare se va tine cont de dilatatia longitudinala a tevii.

    4.2.5 Strapungerile

    Decupajele facute pentru strapungerile in mantaua de tabla trebuie sa fie adaptate cu precizie dupa forma elementului care strapunge tabla.

    4.2.2 Precautions to prevent contact corrosion

    Ensure that metals which could cause contact corrosion do not touch each other at any point. If there is a risk, a suitable intermediate layer should be inserted (e.g. glass mat).

    4.2.3 Ban on temporary welds for insulation

    Welding work on tanks, piping or other structures in order to install insulation is not permitted on the building site.

    4.2.4 Flattening in restricted spaces

    In places where the insulation thickness has to be reduced because space is restricted, the sheet metal covering may be flattened if carried out professionally. In addition, the sheet metal jacket must be completely closed in these places. Where the sheet metal is flattened, pipe expansion in a longitudinal direction shall be taken into consideration.

    4.2.5 Penetrations

    Cut-outs for sheet metal jackets penetrations must fit the shape of the penetrating part exactly.

    4.2.6 Grosimea saltelelor de izolatie

    Decupajele care nu sunt facute dupa forma trebuie sa fie prevazute cu rozete potrivite, care vor fi insurubate in mantaua de tabla cu ajutorul suruburilor pentru tabla.

    La grosimi de izolatie de peste 80 mm vor fi folosite mai multe straturi, a caror imbinare se va intrepatrunde atat pe lungime cat si pe latime.

    4.2.7 Montarea saltelelor de izolatie

    Saltelele vor fi prinse cu carlige zincate 2 x 125 mm. La tevi cu diametrul pana la DN 80 se poate folosi si sarma infasurata.

    If the cut-outs do not fit exactly, cover plates shall be used that are attached to the sheet metal jacket with tapping screws.

    When the insulation thickness is over 80 mm, several layers shall be used with the joints staggered both lengthwise and crosswise.

    4.2.7 Insulating mat installation

    The mats shall be attached with galvanised hooks measuring 2 x 125 mm. Where pipe diameters are below DN 80, binding wire may also be used.

    All sockets, penetrations and plate connections:

    4.2.9 Umplerea sectiunilor transversale

    La conducte, sectiunile transversale de izolat vor fi umplute complet cu saltelele de vata izolanta. Pentru aceasta se vor alege saltele cu lungime corespunzatoare pentru a obtine un strat de vata usor comprimat.

    4.2.9 Filling the insulation cross-sections

    The insulation cross-sections for piping must be filled over the whole area with insulating wool mats. When cutting the insulating wool, ensure that it is long enough to create a slightly compressed insulating wool layer.

    4.2.10 Flanse si armaturi

    4.2.10.1 Generalitati

    Flansele si armaturile trebuie izolate cu calote de tabla detasabile (la protectie termica completa).

    Calotele vor fi executate conform AGI Q 01.

    Pentru o montare si demontare usoara, aceste elemente detasabile vor fi prevazute cu inchizatoare cu parghie cotita (vezi punctul 2.3.2.5).

    Daca armaturile sunt legate intre ele direct cu flanse, atunci fiecare armatura in parte va fi izolata. Imbinarea cu flansa ramasa libera va fi protejata impotriva patrunderii umezelii printr-un bandaj de tabla montat in jurul lamelelor flansei. Acest bandaj trebuie sa intre in decupajele calotei invecinate cu cca. 50 mm.

    4.2.10.2 Grosimea tablei pentru mantale si capacele calotelor

    Grosimea tablei pentru mantalele calotelor va fi aleasa conform tabelelor de la punctele 4.6.1, 4.6.2 si 4.6.3. In principiu, capacele calotelor trebuie realizate din tabla cu grosimea de 1 mm.

    4.2.10.3 Legarea mantalelor calotelor cu capacele calotelor

    Capacele calotelor vor fi legate cu mantalele acestora prin inclichetare. La calotele verticale sau orizontale, capacul respectiv mantaua de sus vor fi executate cu o inclinare de 5 % pentru scurgerea apei. Pentru rigidizare, mantaua care la imbinare intra dedesubt va fi prevazuta la cusatura cu o indoitura lata de 10 mm, in unghi drept. Mantaua care se suprapune la inclichetare trebuie sa fie prevazuta la cusatura cu o bordura de intarire, paralela cu marginea.

    4.2.10.4 Suprapunerea elementelor calotei

    Suprapunerea fiecarui element la cusatura trebuie sa fie de min.25 mm.

    4.2.10 Flanges and fittings

    4.2.10.1 General

    Flanges and fittings must be insulated with removable plate caps (for complete thermal insulation).

    Caps shall comply with AGI Q 01.

    Toggle fasteners must be attached to these removable insulation parts for easier detachment and replacement (see Sec. 2.3.2.5).

    If fittings are directly flanged to each other, each one shall be insulated individually. The remaining free flanged joint shall be protected against moisture and wetness penetrating by placing plate banding beaded on both sides round the flange faces. This plate banding must protrude approx. 50 mm into the cut-outs for the covers on the adjacent fitting.

    4.2.10.2 Plate thickness for cap jackets and cap

    covers

    The plate thicknesses for cap jackets shall be selected in accordance with the tables in Sec. 4.6.1, 4.6.2 and 4.6.3. The cap covers must generally be made of 1 mm thick sheet.

    4.2.10.3 Connecting cap jackets to cap covers

    The cap covers shall be connected to the cap jackets by snapping into place. If the caps are vertical or horizontal, the upper cover or jacket must drain off the water at a gradient of at least 5%. The cap jacket underneath must have a right-angled inwardly turned edge at least 10 mm wide for reinforcement at the seam. The cap jacket on top must be parallel to the edge with reinforcing beading at the seam.

    4.2.10.4 Overlapping cap parts

    The individual cap parts must overlap at least 25 mm at the seam.

    4.2.10.5 Lungimea calotei

    Lungimea calotei trebuie sa fie astfel gandita incat aceasta sa se suprapuna peste izolatia invecinata cu o distanta egala cu grosimea izolatiei tevii. Mantaua de tabla trebuie sa nu acopere presgarnitura sau alte elemente de intretinere, la nevoie chiar daca astfel se reduce din grosimea de izolatie.

    4.2.10.6 Bride pentru tabla

    Pe interiorul calotei vor fi prevazute bride de tabla, fixate de mantaua calotei prin nituri oarbe. Distanta intre bride, masurata pe circumferinta exetrioara a izolatiei, nu trebuie sa depaseasca 30 cm.

    4.2.10.7 Calote pentru stuturi

    Executie vezi Anexa 5, desene.

    4.2.10.8 Constructii de rezemare si suspendare a tevii

    Pentru ele se vor face decupaje cu precizie in mantaua de protectie la intemperii. Constructiile de suspendare care strapung mantaua de protectie la intemperii trebuie sa fie protejate la apa de ploaie prin obturatoare si material de etansare adecvat.

    4.2.10.9 Inchiderea izolatiei(in afara protectiei la atingere)

    Pentru prevenirea infiltrarii apei de ploaie in partea de sus, izolatiile la cald la conductele verticale nu trebuie sa fie pe verticala. De aceea, izolatia va fi continuata pana cand va ajunge sa se termine peste bolta din plan orizontal.

    4.2.10.5 Cap length

    The cap must be long enough to overlap the adjacent pipe insulation by one pipe insulation thickness. The sheet metal jacket must leave the stuffing box or other maintenance device free, if necessary at the cost of the insulation thickness.

    4.2.10.6 Plate holders

    Plate holders shall be provided for the inside of the cap that are attached to the cap jacket with blind rivets. The distance between the plate holders, measured on the outer circumference of the insulation, shall not exceed 30 cm.

    4.2.10.7 Socket caps

    For design, see Appendix 5: Drawings.

    4.2.10.8 Pipe supports and hangers

    Pipe supports and hangers shall be cut out of the weatherproof jacket exactly to fit their shape. The hanger structures penetrating the weatherproof jackets must generally be fitted with covers and sealed against rainwater with suitable sealing material.

    4.2.10.9 Insulation ends (except personnel protection)

    To prevent rainwater penetrating at the top, thermal insulation on vertical piping must not start in the vertical area. The insulation must therefore extend far enough over the bend so as to end in the horizontal plane.

    4.3 Izolatia rezervoarelor verticale 4.3.1 Generalitati

    La mantaua metalica a rezervoarelor verticale, pentru fixarea tablei trapezoidale la nivelul streasinei si la punctul de baza, este necesar un profil de cornier metalic (livrat de constructorul rezervorului).

    Profilul de la nivelul streasinii serveste totodata si la ancorarea tirantilor din izolatia acoperisului.

    Inchiderea tablei mantalei tabla fundului rezervorului va fi realizata in unghi si cu posibilitatea de scurgere a apei.

    4.3 Insulating vertical containers (tanks)

    4.3.1 General

    An angled section (to be supplied by the tank manufacturer) is required round the steel jacket on vertical containers (tanks) for attaching the trapezoidal sheet at the top and the bottom.

    The angled section at the top also serves at the same time to anchor the tie rods required for roof insulation.

    The end of the jacket plates bottom plate shall be at an angle and provided with a suitable water drain.

    At the bottom, the insulation structure shall be provided with a joint cap on one side with

    4.3.2 Rezervoare verticale, standardizate (tancuri)

    Pentru rezervoarele izolate care sunt receptionate prin birouri de etalonare va fi prevazut un straif de izolatie demontabil cu o inaltime de 0,5 pana la 1 m, in zona cusaturii orizontale de sudura, la capatul superior al primei virole.

    Pentru a putea folosi acest starif izolant, saltelele de izolatie, tabla mantalei de protectie la intemperii si inelele de distantare trebuie sa fie elemente usor demontabile si sa se poata face o masuratoare a circumferintei rezervorului, cu o banda de masurare, in zona primei cusaturi circulare (cca. 100 mm deasupra sau dedesubtul acesteia).

    4.3.3 Suprafata mantalei - fixare

    Placile de izolatie rezistente la compresie vor fi fixate astfel: greutate volumetrica cca 100 kg/m3, imbinari segmentate, sustinute cu benzi de strangere din otel superior (1.4301) de 19 mm latime, la intervale de 500 mm pe orizontala si la cca 2000 mm pe verticala.

    Substructia de rezistenta, bandajele si celelalte vor fi fabricate din otel superior (1.4301).

    Elementele pentru accesul pe scari, guri de vizitare, placutele de fabricatie, conducte, benzile de impamantare si altele similare, ca si stuturile si calotele stuturilor care sunt insurubate de mantaua de tabla a izolatiei rezervorului, vor fi fabricate din tabla de Al de 1,2 mm neteda.

    4.3.4 Suprafata acoperisului

    Substructiile de rezistenta cum ar fi tirantii cu consolele de prindere si inelul de ancoraj (inclinat) pentru sustinerea si ancorarea tablariei vor fi fabricate din otel zincat la cald.     If insulated containers are to be certified by the weights and measures office, a removable insulating strip, 0.5 to 1 m high, shall be provided in the area of the horizontal weld seam at the upper end of the first section.

    For this insulating strip, the insulating mats, weatherproof plate and spacer rings must be easily removable and enable measurement of the tanks circumference with a tape measure in the area of the first seam (approx. 100 mm above or below it).

    4.3.3 Fixed jacket area

    Pressure-resistant insulation boards shall be fitted as follows: density approx. 100 kg/m3, joints staggered, held in place with 19 mm wide stainless steel tightening bands (1.4301) at horizontal intervals of 500 mm and vertical intervals of approx. 2,000 mm.

    Static auxiliary structures, banding and similar shall be made of stainless steel (1.4301).

    Inserts for steps, manholes, nameplates, piping, earthing strips and similar as well as sockets and socket caps that are permanently bolted to the tank insulations plate jacket shall be made of 1.2 mm smooth aluminium plate.

    4.3.4 Roof area

    Static auxiliary structures, such as tie rods with tensioning brackets and pole rings for holding and anchoring plating shall be made of hot-dip galvanised steel. The tensioning brackets for the tie rods shall be attached to the angled section with stud bolts at the required intervals.

    Pressure-resistant insulation boards (density approx. 100 kg/m3) shall be laid as follows:

    The thermal insulation must be so attached to the installation that it cannot become displaced or give way during operation.

    Unless the process would indicate otherwise, manholes shall be thermally insulated.

    All insulation holders, such as supporting rings, eyes, etc., that are welded to the installation shall be specified before the installation is ordered and welded on by the manufacturer.

    4.4.1 Materiale de izolatie

    Pentru materialul de izolatie a rezervoarelor vezi cap. 2.2.1.

    Toate imbinarile vor fi intrepatrunse intre ele, in special la izolatia in mai multe straturi.

    Saltelele vor fi montate cu asigurare la alunecare.

    La tolele de protectie la intemperii, tola superioara se va suprapune peste tola inferioara.

    4.4.2 Placute de constructie

    Pentru placutele de constructie (producator, etc) se vor executa decupaje in izolatie.

    Suprafetele care trebuie sa ramana libere trebuie sa fie separate prin inserarea de gulere de tabla si rozete.

    4.4.3 Rezervoare cu diametru Da = 1.220 mm

    Sub aspectul constructiei si al grosimilor de izolatie, rezervoarele cu diametrul exterior pana la 1220 mm vor fi izolate ca si conductele, vezi tabelul 4.3. (Anexa).

    4.4.1 Insulating material

    Sec. 2.2.1 applies to insulating material for tanks.

    All butt joints shall be staggered, especially when multiple layer insulation is used.

    Mats shall be prevented from slipping.

    On the weatherproof plating, the top plate must overlap the bottom one.

    4.4.2 Nameplates

    There must be cut-outs in the insulation for tag holders (nameplates, etc.).

    Surfaces that remain free shall be finished off with inserts with plate collars and cover plates.

    4.4.3 Tanks up to OD = 1,220 mm

    Tanks up to an outside diameter of 1,220 mm shall be insulated like piping in terms of design and insulation thickness, see Table 4.3 (Appendix).

    4.4.4 Rezervoare cu diametru exterior Da > 1.220 mm

    Rezervoarele cu diametrul exterior > 1220 mm vor avea aceleasi grosimi de izolatie ca si la izolatia perete plan, vezi ultimul rand din tabelul 4.3. (Anexa).

    4.4.4 Tanks of OD >1,220 mm

    Tanks with an outside diameter over 1,220 mm shall be provided with an insulation thickness as for a flat wall, see last line of Table 4.3 (Appendix).

    4.4.5 Tank bottoms, zeppelin floors

    Tank bottoms shall be insulated to suit the bottom shape.

    If the diameters are small and with little bottom arching (up to approx. 1,000 mm), the insulation ends on installations should be a flat rain-repelling funnel shape and zeppelin shape for large diameters. The segments shall be so designed as to prevent water from penetrating.

    4.4.6 Izolatia la o temperatura a rezervorului>250C

    La o temperatura a rezervorului > 250C izolatia si mantaua metalica de protectie la intemperii vor fi astfel executate incat sa poata prelua dilatatia termica in ambele axe.

    4.4.6 Insulation at tank temperatures >250C

    If the tank temperature is over 250C, the insulation and weatherproof jacket shall be so designed as to absorb thermal expansion in both axes.

    4.4.7 Suprapunerea mantalei metalice la intemperii

    Mantaua de protectie la intemperii trebuie sa se suprapuna cu 100 mm pe orizontala si 50 mm pe verticala.

    4.4.8. Insurubarea mantalei metalice de protectie la intemperii

    Toate cusaturile nerotunjite vor fi insurubate la distante de max.150 mm cu suruburi de cupelatie din material nr. 14301 SR EN 1481-01 sau SR EN 1479-03 min. 4,2 x 13 mm.

    4.4.7 Overlapping of the weatherproof jacket

    The weatherproof jacket must overlap 100 mm horizontally and 50 mm vertically.

    4.4.8 Attaching the weatherproof jacket

    All seams that are not rounded must be attached at intervals of 150 mm maximum with tapping screws made of material No. 1.4301 SR EN 1481-01 or SR EN 1479-03 at least 4.2 x 13 mm.

    4.4.9 Bordura proeminenta la margini.

    Marginile fiecarei tole va fi bordurata pentru rigidizare.

    4.4.10 Etansarea in zonele de intrerupere a izolatiei

    La izolatiile intrerupte de stuturi si alte elemente, imbinarile vor fi etansate cu masti sau cu material corespunzator si vor fi insurubate cu suruburi de cupelatie din otel superior. Se aplica in mod corespunzator punctul 4.6.1.

    4.4.11.Distantierele si reazemele

    La toate mantalele de rezervoare, distantierele vor fi prevazute la intervale de cca.980 mm. In orice caz, la liniile de tangenta cap/ manta va fi prevazut cate un inel de distantare. Constructiile de distantare vor fi, in principiu, zincate (calitate similara a materialului).

    La temperaturi prescrise de peste + 150C:

    Puntile distantiere vor fi separate de inelul distantier prin straturi intermediare de izolatie fara asbest. Asezarea puntilor la rezervor va fi punctiforma.

    Distantierele trebuie sa permita dilatatia

    4.4.9 Edge beading

    The edges of every plate shall be beaded for stiffening purposes.

    4.4.10 Sealing interruptions in the insulation

    The connections on insulation that is interrupted with connections and other parts shall be sealed with covers or suitable material and fastened with stainless steel tapping screws. Sec. 4.6.1 shall apply by analogy.

    4.4.11 Spacers and supports

    Spacers shall be provided at intervals of approx. 980 mm for all tank jackets. One spacer ring must be attached at the tangent lines between top and jacket in every case. Spacer structures shall generally be galvanised (material uniformity).

    At design temperatures over +150C:

    The spacer webs shall be separated from the spacer ring with asbestos-free intermediate insulating layers. The webs must touch the tank at various points.

    The spacers shall permit any radial expansion

    4.4.14 Zona ramelor verticale

    Aparatele si fundul coloanele cu incalzire vor fi prevazute cu o izolatie in rama verticala conform tabelelor 4.1 si 4.2 (Anexa).

    4.4.13 End pieces on vertical installations and columns

    Installations where the insulation starts with the cylindrical part (e.g. column jackets on upright frames) must be provided with a perforated plate end piece that finishes off the insulation horizontally to the jacket before the first jacket section is mounted.

    4.4.14 Upright frame area

    Heated installations and column bottoms shall be provided with insulation in the upright frame to Tables 4.1 and 4.2 (Appendix).

    4.5 Izolatia conductelor Grosimea necesara a izolatiei se gaseste in tabelele 4.1, 4.2 si 4.3 (Anexa).

    4.5 Piping insulation

    Refer to Tables 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 (Appendix) for the required insulation thickness.

    4.5.1 Conducte (cu si fara incalzire cu abur)

    La conductele orizontale, cusatura longitudinala a saltelelor va fi amplasata sub axa tevii.

    When piping runs horizontally, the longitudinal seam on the mats should be located under the pipe axis.

    The piping parts, such as elbows, tees, weldolets and reducers, shall be insulated with mat parts cut to shape, as described above. Where joints are required, they shall be stuffed with wool. Heated protective screens shall be insulated with caps. The galvanised wire netting should always be located on the outside (where the circumference is greater). To prevent corrosion damage from metals with different electric potential touching, an insulating mat (e.g. glass mat) shall be inserted between the wire netting and weatherproof jackets.

    4.5.1.1 Exception 1

    Expansion and revolving joints as well as steam traps with the exception of Armstrong condensate coolers in the condensate collection systems.

    4.5.1.2 Exception 2

    High-pressure flanges (>56 bar - steam) must not be insulated, as bolt expansion may lead to leakage. They shall be provided with galvanised perforated plate as personnel protection without insulation inlay. Specifications available from the OMV Petrom project manager.

    4.5.1.3 Exception 3

    Fittings and flanged joints shall not be insulated for normal insulation (OMV Germany).

    4.5.1.4 Exceptia 4

    4.5.2 Insulation of system parts (piping, pumps, etc.) with electric tracing

    Electrically heated piping, tanks, etc. must be wrapped in aluminium foil before the insulation wool is installed. The foil ends shall be finished off similar to a beaded standing seam. In the area of the elbows and foil joints, the film shall be bonded with sealing strip.

    For labelling, see the applicable standard for electric tracing.

    Front discs with suitable protection (e.g. PU discs) must be fitted to all the ends to prevent the heat conductors from being damaged or cut off if the insulation is subject to loading.

    4.5.4 Pipe bundles

    Pipe bundles (except traced pipes) that are located inside a common sheet metal jacket shall be insulated together with mats of the specified thickness. The plate thickness to be used depends on the small diameter of the bundle as indicated in the tables in Sec. 4.6.1, 4.6.2 and 4.6.3.

    The insulation thickness should be at least 10 mm larger than the angled sections that hold the bundle together. The angled sections may be used as a supporting structure for the insulation on vertical bundles.

    4.6 Mantaua de protectie la intemperii Imediat dupa aplicare, toate izolatiile vor fi protejate la intemperii. Daca, din motive specifice santierului, montarea mantalei de protectie la intemperii nu este posibila, izolatia va fi imediat infasurata cu folie de Al.

    Mantaua trebuie astfel conceputa incat sa impiedice patrunderea apei, chiar si la ploi torentiale. Acelasi lucru este valabil si pentru calote, capote, capace etc ( de ex. capacele / acoperirile pentru elementele care ies in afara mantalei de protectie).

    4.6 Weatherproof jackets

    Immediately after installation, all insulation must be protected against the effects of the weather. If the conditions at the specific building site do not allow a weatherproof jacket to be fitted, the insulation shall be wrapped in aluminium foil immediately.

    The weatherproof jacket must be so designed as to prevent water from penetrating, even in driving rain. This also applies to caps, hoods, triangular covers, etc. (e.g. cover for parts protruding out of the weatherproof jacket).

    4.7 Distantiere De regula, constructiile de distantare sunt zincate (material cu aceeasi calitate).

    4.7 Spacers

    Spacer structures shall generally be galvanised (material uniformity).

    4.8 Imbinari cu surub Cusaturile longitudinale vor fi insurubate cu min.7 suruburi de cupelatie pe m de cusatura.

    4.8 Screwed joints

    The longitudinal seams shall be fastened with at least seven tapping screws per metre seam.

    4.9 Imbinari glisante Imbinarile glisante pentru preluarea dilatatiei (alungirii) tevilor trebuie sa fie realizate ca niste cusaturi circulare suprapuse. Cusaturile dintre acestea vor fi realizate ca bordura in borura. Suprapunerea trebuie sa fie de min.50 mm. La aceste cusaturi nu este permis ca in zona de suprapunere sa existe suruburi.

    Observatie:

    Elementele de schimbare a directiei la 90 si discurile frontale la intreruperile in izolatie prin flanse pot fi considerate imbinari glisante.

    Temperaturile de regim se gasesc in listele de conducte.

    4.9 Sliding seams

    Sliding seams for absorbing linear pipe expansion must be overlapped circumferential seams. Seams in between shall be beading in beading. The overlap must be at least 50 mm. Where these seams are used, there may not be any screws in the area of the overlap.

    The distance between the sliding seams must not exceed the following figures:

    4.10 Imbinarile la segmentele de arc Toate cusaturile circulare pentru legarea segmentelor de arc trebuie lucrate bordura in bordura. Trebuie sa se aleaga un diametru al mantalei metalice care sa corespunda dimensiunii bordurii, pentru ca sa poata fi preluata in bordura tensiunea aparuta la dilatatia longitudinala.

    4.10 Joining bend segments

    All circumferential seams for joining bend segments shall be beading in beading. A suitable beading size shall be selected for the plate jacket diameter to ensure that the stress occurring during linear expansion can be absorbed in the beading.

    4.11 Imbinarile arcuite

    La imbinarile arcuite (de ex.stuturi pe teava), arcuirea trebuie sa fie de cca. 10-15 mm latime si precis adaptata la forma obiectului. Cusatura va fi insurubata la intervale de min. 10 cm.

    4.11 Tail joints

    If tail joints are used (e.g. socket on pipe), the tail must be approx. 10 15 mm wide and exactly fitted to the object. The tail seam shall be bolted at least every 10 cm.

    4.12 Inchiderea in punctele terminale la intreruperi in izolatie

    In zonele de intrerupere a izolatiei in fata imbinarilor cu flansa, a armaturilor etc punctul terminal va fi realizat in doua compartimente; vezi si punctul 4.5.2.

    Distanta dintre punctele terminale si latura exterioara a flansei trebuie sa fie: 1 x lungime bolt + inaltime piulita + 10 mm.

    Mantaua metalica trebuie sa fie prevazuta cu o bordura.

    De la DN 100 in sus, punctul terminal trebuie realizat din tabla de grosime 1 mm.

    La DN peste 250 si grosimi de izolatie peste 100 mm, aceste puncte vor fi executate ca niste calote de imbinare.

    4.12 End pieces for insulation interruption

    If the insulation is interrupted before flanged joints, fittings, etc. the ends shall be in two parts, see also Sec. 4.5.2.

    The distance between the end piece and flange outside must be 1 x bolt length + nut height and +10 mm.

    The sheet metal jacket must have beading for holding the end piece.

    If the diameter is DN 100 or over, the end piece shall be made of 1 mm thick plate.

    When the diameter is DN 250 or over and insulation thickness 100 mm or over, the ends shall consist of joint caps.

    4.13 Vertical insulation ends

    The insulation facing upwards on vertical, insulated piping with uninsulated flanges must be finished off with a plate cone with beaded edge.

    4.14 Schimbatoare de caldura 4.14.1 Generalitati

    Schimbatoarele de caldura standard, cele cu tevi duble, refierbatoarele etc vor fi izolate comnform instructiunilor pentru rezervoare si conducte.

    4.14.2 Imbinarea cu flansa

    Imbinarile cu flansa nu vor fi izolate. Distanta dintre capatul boltului filetat si izolatie: 45 mm.

    4.14.3 Montarea izolatiei

    Izolatia la schimbatoarele standard va fi montata pe fata mantalei, prin insurubare.

    4.14.4 Calote si compartimente

    Calota din spate si camera de combustie la schimbatoarele standard vor fi izolate numai daca trebuie prevenite pierderile de caldura. Calotele de izolatie la schimbatoare (camerele de combustie, coronamentele mantalei) cu diametrul de pana la 1000 mm vor fi executate ca si constructii usor demontabile, cu inchizatori cu arc si cleme pentru vata de izolatie.

    4.14 Heat exchangers

    4.14.1 General

    Standard heat exchangers, double pipe heat exchangers, reboiler etc. shall be insulated in accordance with the relevant sections as for piping and tanks.

    4.14.2 Flanged joints

    Flanged joints shall not be insulated. Distance from the end of the stud bolt to the insulation: 45 mm.

    4.14.3 Insulation installation

    Insulation on standard heat exchangers shall be mounted on the jacket side with screws.

    4.14.4 Hoods and compartments

    The rear hood and front compartment of standard heat exchangers shall only be insulated if heat loss has to be prevented. Insulation caps on exchangers (compartments, jacket hoods) up to 1,000 mm insulation cap diameter should be easily removable with snap locks and holders for the insulation wool.

    4.14.5 Capul schimbatoarelor de caldura

    Calotele pentru capul schimbatoarelor trebuie astfel montate incat sa nu poata sa alunece.

    4.15 Pompe 4.15.1 Generalitati

    Pompele vor fi izolate numai dupa ce s-a obtinut acordul din partea responsabilului de proiect OMV Petrom. Acolo unde izolatia trebuie sa fie demontata in vederea executarii operatiilor de intretinere si control, vor fi prevazute mantale din tabla detasabile. O mare atentie se va acorda pieselor mobile.

    La pompele izolate, capacul sitei sorbului se va lasa liber.

    4.15 Pumps

    4.15.1 General

    Pumps shall only be insulated if so agreed with the OMV Petrom project manager. Where the insulation has to be dismantled for maintenance and inspection purposes, removable sheet metal jackets shall be used.

    Special care must be taken with moving parts. When pumps are insulated, intake filter covers shall be left free.

    4.16 Turbine

    De regula, pentru turbine se foloseste izolatia cu saltele.

    4.16 Turbines

    Mat insulation shall generally be used for turbines.

    4.16.1 Izolatia cu saltele

    Este necesara intocmirea unui plan de dispozitie a saltelelor, conform calculului dimensional. Dupa acest plan, saltelele vor fi confectionate astfel:

    Grosime de izolatie si plan de dispozitie a saltelelor conform specificatiilor producatorului turbinei.

    Planurile de dispozitie vor fi predate responsabilului de proiect OMV Petrom, pentru a se putea executa ulterior operatiile de revizie partiala, demontare si montare.

    4.16.1 Mat insulation

    A mat plan with allowances must be drawn up. The mats shall be produced as follows on the basis of this mat plan:

    Insulation thickness and mat plan to turbine manufacturers specifications.

    The position plans shall be made available to the OMV Petrom project manager to enable inspection work, removal and replacement to be carried out accordingly.

    4.16.2 Executie alternativa izolatie prin pulverizare

    In cazul unei izolatii prin pulverizare se va folosi un material fara asbest. Compozitia exacta va fi precizata in oferta.

    Dupa uscarea completa, izolatia va fi prevazuta cu o manta dura pe baza de ciment fara adaos de asbest, in care rosturile de dilatatie vor fi astfel amplasate incat sa se evite cat mai mult fisurile aparute sub influenta caldurii. Rosturile de dilatatie vor fi etansate cu un material corespunzator, pentru impiedicarea patrunderii uleiului.

    Izolatia partilor care necesita reparatii intense se va face cu saltele izolante din vata minerala (temperatura pana la + 450C). Aceste parti vor fi imbracate cu o manta de Al detasabila

    4.16.2 Alternative spray insulation

    If spray insulation is used, an asbestos-free material shall be selected. The exact composition shall be given in the tender.

    After it has dried completely, a hard jacket on cement basis without any asbestos added shall be applied to the spay insulation with expansion joints located to prevent cracks from occurring as far as possible when exposed to heat. The expansion joints shall be filled with suitable sealing material to prevent oil from penetrating.

    Parts subject to frequent repairs shall be insulated with mineral wool mats (temperatures up to +450C). These parts shall be encased in a removable aluminium

    jacket.

    4.16.2.1 Substructia

    Substructia va fi astfel realizata incat sa corespunda cerintelor pentru izolatii prin pulverizare la turbinele de abur, aceasta insemnand in primul rand:

    Izolatia la toate partile turbinei trebuie sa fie foarte aderenta si sa nu se permita alunecarea sau tasarea acesteia.

    Pentru fixarea distantierelor se vor insuruba bandaje corespunzatoare pe carcasa turbinei.

    In nici un caz, distantierele nu vor fi sudate direct pe carcasa turbinei.

    Prin substructie nu trebuie sa se formeze punti termice.

    4.16.2.1 Substructure

    The substructure shall be so designed as to meet the requirements for spray insulation on steam turbines, e.g. in particular:

    The spray insulation must adhere strongly to all turbine parts and be prevented from slipping or settling.

    Suitable banding shall be fastened to the turbine casing for attaching the spacers.

    Under no circumstances may spacers be welded directly to the turbine casing.

    The substructures must not create any thermal bridges.

    4.16.3 Montarea izolatiei

    Fiecare parte de calota va fi izolata cu saltele izolante prinse pe impletitura de sarma zincata. Plasa de sarma va fi asezata in interior. Saltelele vor fi fixate de mantalele calotei cu ajutorul clemelor pentru tabla. Saltelele vor fi asezate in asa fel incat, dupa asamblarea calotei, sa se obtina un strat izolant inchis si cu grosime uniforma.
