Create / Alter Company.

1. Press F11: Company Features

2. Add-On Features

3. Enable Petrol Pump Module by pressing “Yes”

4. Enable Set Alter Petrol Pump Module by pressing “Yes”

This enables you to provide declaration and notes to the party wise sales summary report in

an invoice format.

Then Create Stock Item i.e.

Then create required sales ledger and pass ledger entry as per given screen

Provide meter reading details accordingly

Yes one more voucher type you have to create for Dip reading for each pump. This voucher type

should be “Optional”.

Sale bill printing: individual sale bill also you can print here. But do not pass single entry for cash sale

bill, because in our petrol pump module cash sale will be only one entry at the end of shift. But you

have to pass individual sale entry for credit sale transactions. While cash sale entering which is a

single and cashier wise entry this will be consider credit sale made by the same cashier.
