Heat maps show us
First, the top 25% of your website is the most important.
Internet visitors skim, they don’t read.
Don’t fill your site with tons of text and content.
Get to the point and keep it simple, value-oriented, and clutter-free.
You don’t need amazing design and a work of art to make a good website.
Think functional and usable.
You need your value proposition in the first two sentences so visitors know immediately how you can benefit them.
If you miss this you miss it all.

finishing touches fine details
website trust studies
An updated and a functional website: speedy and designed.
A website which is regularly updated with the latest stock and offers is more trusted than the rest.
A consistent Hi res’ logo displayed on an overall web presence on across all platforms builds brand value and also helps customers have a better recall value.
Being genuine and avoiding any over the top announcements and claims also adds to the trust factor.
Social media activity: Social media is the best platform where your satisfied readers and customers are going to share their experiences.
Reviews And Ratings. Genuine not fake.
Testimonials: Testimonials from authority people of your industry and from satisfied clients who have a good online reputation does add to the trust factor and influence the user positively.
Quick response to the inquiry form filled by the user: An online buyer wants quick answers to his queries as he has multiple options available online. If you delay in providing the answers he is surely going to move on to the next option.
Contact Page: A detailed contact page which explicitly has the address and contact numbers adds to the trust factor. If you do not share contact nos. and address and only have a form then it may be detrimental to the trust factor.
About us page: Though people are buying the products online they always are curious to know the humans behind the front end and feel confident when the ‘About us’ page has the details of the team offering the facility online.

slow web
Your users are probably very busy people, with constant distractions in their lives. So make sure you're always respecting their time.
Never be a distraction to your user’s already-busy day. Never be pushy.
Site Design
When you’re adding a feature, or sending out a notification, ask yourself, “Is this interaction or this touch-point truly needed “or going to make my user’s day better?”
“The Slow Web Movement
Is a lot like the Slow Food Movement, in that they’re both blanket terms
that mean a lot of different things. Slow Food began in part as a reaction
to the opening of a McDonald’s in Piazza di Spagna in Rome, so from its
very origin, it was defined by what it’s not. It’s not Fast Food, and we all
know what Fast Food is… right?”

Don’t clutter get out of the users way reduce popups and other annoyances
The ultimate goal for a website should be “happy users,” which will lead to more conversions, whatever a conversion might be, whether it’s getting a visitor to spread the word, providing information or making a sale.
Users won’t be happy without a high performing website.
