Brand is the “name, term, design, symbol, or any other feature that identifies one seller’s product distinct from those of other sellers”. American Marketing Association
Brand elements – Name, Tagline, Graphics, Logo, Shapes, Colours, Scent, Taste, Sound
Brand identity – core values – what does the brand stand for?
Brand personality – how would you describe the brand?
Brand loyalty – how connected is the brand?
Brand valuation/Brand equity – how much is the brand worth?
