Dan McCormick reported that his daughters were home alone at his residence and there were

three subjects knocking on the door. McCormick stated his daughters were afraid to answer the door. I

responded to the area and found three boys walking south on Mulberry St. from the 400 block of W Fifth

St. All three were wearing white Perrysburg High School football t-shirts and were selling season passes for

the upcoming high school football season. All three stated they were friends of the McCormick family but

that no one was home there. The boys were identified and thanked for their time. I made contact with

the McCormick family at their residence and advised them of the my findings. No further action was taken.

Maumee Western Reserve Rd onto southbound SR25 on a green arrow. Mark Franklin, operating a black 2011 Toyota

Camry (AL-1AQ6V95), advised that he was traveling westbound on US 20 (W. Front Street) and turned south onto

SR25 on a green light as well. Being familiar with the cycle of the traffic signal in question , both lights for the lanes the

drivers were in are never green at the same time. Both drivers stated that they maintained their respective lanes, but the

other driver crossed the center lane and caused the crash. Both drivers and all passengers provided written statements.

Due to conflicting statements and no independent witnesses, neither driver was cited.

A gray Kia Sportage KS-319CVW was parked illegally in front of 109 Louisiana Ave. There was a clearly marked sign

prohibiting no parking on Saturday August 4th from 0300-1600 hrs near the vehicle. I attempted to make contact with

the tenants at 109 1/2 and 111 1/2 Louisiana Ave as well as left a voicemail for the registered owner , Janet Klein, about

having the vehicle moved. The vehicle was towed due to a city sanctioned event in the downtown business district. Sgt.

Gregg and Officer Duran visually inventoried the vehicle because the doors were locked . Officer Duran photographed the

scene. Ray's Service Center towed the vehicle. The vehicle was issued a parking citation for Perrysburg Ordinance

Code 452.03(a)(14). I placed the citation underneath the windshield wiper.
