Joseph A. Gharagheer, operating a 2008 Ford Fusion (OH-FBN4803) ran over his friend, William J. Snider II's right foot.

Mr. Gharagheer stated he was traveling at approximately 5 mph when he was joking around and pretended to hit

Snider. Gharagheer did not realize Snider's foot was caught underneath the tire and when he went to accelerate he ran

over Snider's right foot with his left front tire by accident. Snider stated he was walking to his car after exiting Rave

Cinemas. He stated Gharagheer passed him with his car and made a U-turn behind him. Snider stated Gharagheer

then pretended to hit him with his car but he kept pushing himself away from the vehicle. Snider stated Gharagheer

kept turning towards him and his foot got caught underneath the bumper and eventually Gharagheer's left tire ran over

his right foot. Witness statements were collected. Gharagheer was issued a citation for Reckless Operation

(ORD-434.09B)(MM). He was given a mandatory court date of Friday, July 6th at 8:45 a.m. Gharagheer was unable to

provide proof of insurance.

I was stationary on Pine St. when I observed a black Lincoln LS (OH-CT15QV) eastbound on W. Indiana Ave at what

I estimated to be 38 mph. The Lincoln was also following the car in front of it at approximately one car length. I

activated laser unit UX014977 and it displayed readings of 40 mph, 39 mph, and 39 mph from 250.8 feet. I stopped the

Lincoln and identified the driver as Kyle E. Johnston. When I explained the violations to Mr. Johnston, he advised that

he was late for a wedding and asked how long this was going to take. Mr. Johnston was cited for Speed (ORC 4511.21

B2; MM). He was unable to find his current insurance card. Calibration checks were done at 1600 hours and 1840

hours.

appeared to be over the posted 40 mph speed limit. I estimated the vehicle to be traveling at about 55 mph. I used

laser unit TS006433 to perform a speed check and found the vehicle to be traveling as fast as 57 mph with the last

check being 56 mph. I initiated traffic stop and advised the driver, Mr. Killian, why I had stopped him. Mr. Killian did

not offer a reason why he was traveling that fast. Mr. Killian was cited for speed. I had good tracking, no interference,

and a calibration check was done at about 1540 hrs.

While in the custody of Perrysburg Municipal Court, and shackled in accordance with

their procedures, Pettaway reportedly fell from a seated position, to the floor of a holding cell. Subsequent

to the fall, Pettaway complained of pain on his right torso. Perrysburg EMS responded and after

assessment, transported Pettaway to St. Luke's Hospital for examination and treatment. I followed the

ambulance to St. Luke's where I was met by Perrysburg Township Police Officer R. Webber who took charge

of Pettaway pending treatment.

Mills reports that at approximately 11:30 pm on 06/28/12, person or persons unknown rang the doorbell

of her home after she had turned-in for the evening. Mills states she looked out onto her front porch but

did not see anyone. She did see what was later identified as a decorative "Welcome" sign that had been

left on her porch. The sign showed wear and is presumed to have been taken from a yard somewhere in

the neighborhood. No damage to property was noted.
