Catering Requirements: Current Business License; Proof of Insurance - $1 Million Liability Coverage; Proof of Workman’s Compensation Insurance; Current Health Inspection Certificate; and Adherence to all Hotel Standards. Your Outside Caterer must provide the following: Staff for Set-up of all Food, Preparation and Buffet; Set-up and Clean-up of all Equipment. All Chafing Dishes, Service Utensils, Equipment, Hot Boxes and Storage can be Provided by either Outside Caterer or Hotel, if arranged in advance. Kitchen access not available to outside caterer.

celebration continues in our San Diego Ballroom and adjoining Garden Terrace. The 5,940 sq. ft. San

Diego Ballroom features a neutral color palate and contemporary details illuminated by soft lighting.

The Garden Terrace offers cityscape views and Tivoli lighting with the opportunity for a custom GOBO.
