 Cognitive disorders characterized by an impaired ability to perceive the nature of objects or concepts through use of the sense organs. These include spatial neglect syndromes, where an individual does not attend to visual, auditory, or sensory stimuli presented from one side of the body

A sensory experience of something that does not exist outside themind, caused by various physical and mental disorders, or by reaction to certain toxic substances, and usually manifested as visual or auditory images.

For example, a mandying of thirst in a desert thinks that he sees a lake.

These are misinterpretation which originates within the mind.

It is mostly confined to those people who are under the influence of drugs.

It is also confined to mentally ill persons. The character of hallucination is determined

by individual present and previous experiences.

It is mainly a false perception. It is a personal experience. Hallucination happens to peoples when they

are fully aware. Disorder of the nervous system, wondering

of the mind and error or any mistakes.

Illusion is an instance of a wrong or misinterpreted perception of a sensory experience.An illusion is something that isn’t real. It may look real, but it’s actually fake just a crafty construction or fantasy. Like many tricks practices by magicians around the globe.

Illusion is almost universal. Normal person suffer from illusions. It arises outside of the mind. We tend to catch rapid as well as large

movement/changes. Whereas tiny and subtle changes are much harder for us to detect.

Light colored objects appear larger than darker objects even though they are exactly the same.
