What Are We Solving?

• The Current Person Model in HRMS does not allow a Contractor to become an Employee and keep the same ID

• The Current Person Model in HRMS does not allow a Person to exist without having a JOB record

• Person Data frequently has to be entered multiple times when the person exists in multiple modules

• The Personal Data table has many fields specific only to unique industries or countries


The Design Concept

1. Add a person to create an EMPLID

2. Establish the person’s organizational relationships Each Person keeps ONE ID for all relationships with organization

3. Use the person’s basic information as the foundation data in other modules
