At the conclusion of Mass you have the opportunity to receive Holy Communion in the parking lot of the church while

remaining in your cars. Please review and follow all of the directions posted on our parish website and Facebook page.

Guidelines for Outdoor Reception of Holy Communion In order to best manage the flow of traffic, after entering the parking lot from Radio Road, proceed around the entire campus circle. A Communion Station will be near the entrance doors of the daily chapel. After receiving Communion, proceed to exit on Radio Road. A police officer from the Township will be present to help direct cars as they leave. Please review the campus map below for assistance. The following conditions should be observed for this Communion Service:

● If you are not feeling well or in a high-risk category STAY HOME; otherwise you put yourself and others at risk.

● Be a Catholic and properly disposed to receive. ● Observe the one-hour Eucharistic Fast prior to receiving, unless impeded due to

health. ● Call to mind any sins and make an act of Contrition. ● Pray the Our Father and receive Holy Communion. ● Communion will be offered in the hand ONLY; please make sure that your hands

are clean. ● Communion will be given only to those in the car, we cannot permit consecrated

hosts to be taken to go. ● Per NJ state law, face masks must be worn while in close proximity with the

Minister of Holy Communion. Please remove your mask only for receiving Holy Communion. The clergy & ministers distributing Communion will be wearing masks.

● Extend your hands outside the car window, ONE HAND HELD FLAT ON TOP OF THE OTHER.

● After receiving Communion, please do not engage in conversation. Treat the process with the same reverence as if receiving Communion in the Church during Mass.

● It is suggested to offer the following prayer after Communion: ○ Almighty and ever-living God, may the Body and Blood of Christ your Son

be for us a lasting remedy for body and soul, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
