CUSTOM FOAM INSERTSThe easiest way to customize a Peli™

Protector™ Case is also the mostpopular: surrounding your equipmentwith foam. It is really simple to map thelayout of your apparatus for customfoam inserts. Just send us the actualequipment or a CAD drawing of thepart, and we can suggest severallayouts and foam choices. Once youdecide the best option, the foam insert can be die-cut and installed in amatching case.

We can customize your case at Pelican™ (depending on quantities) or recommendlocal companies. Several types offoam, with different densities, areavailable depending on your needs ofprotection. Secure your equipmentinside of the case with foam andwhen opened, the equipment insidewill be intact and functional.

FRAME ITOur Panel Frame Mounting System offers an easysolution for installing interface panels on a total of 12models. The mounting bracket installs beneath yourpanel and fits againststops moulded insidethe case walls. An o-ringgasket seals the panel so

the case remains watertight even with the lid open.

Once the panel frame is installed, the electronic panel, cut to the case size, iseasily adapted. With pre-drilled holes and stainless steel screws, fabricating a custom case is faster,stronger, and more accurate.

YOUR LOGO ON THE CASEYour logo can be applied in multiple coloursas a decal or hot stamp, using strict printcontrols, on any Peli™ Case. When Pelican™'sprinting department is required to print thelogo, you only need to approve a paper proofor first article prior to the run. Like everythingwe manufacture, our imprinting is 100%guaranteed. Otherwise, we will be happy to recommend local hot-stamp ordecal printers as well. Contact us for further information.
