tested on Germany’s Nürburgring Nordschleife track,

The exterior styling of the Toyota GR Supra matches its sport car

credentials. The 19-inch forged polished silver and black painted

alloy wheels fitted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres accentuate

the side view of the car created by the short wheelbase.

Evoking the classic sports car design of a front-engine, rear

wheel-drive layout and straight-six engine, the Toyota GR Supra

has a super-wide stance, created by the tight cabin, wide tread,

and the long nose short cabin silhouette.

At the heart of the Toyota GR Supra is an inline 250kW/500Nm 3-litre

six-cylinder twin-scroll turbocharged engine. An 8-speed automatic

transmission offers normal or sport mode which puts you in charge

of how the engine power is delivered to the rear driving wheels.

The Toyota GR Supra’s active rear differential inspires your driving

confidence as it maximises the performance of the driving wheels

for excellent traction.

Bright red callipers identify the Toyota GR Supra’s sport brake package.

When the windscreens wipers are operating the callipers will lightly apply

the brakes for you at pre-determined intervals to dry the brake discs.

This drying function delivers optimum brake performance in

The Toyota Supra Safety Package will keep you safe in all

driving conditions from the urban jungle to the open road.

For safer urban driving the vehicle includes Forward

Collision Warning with Brake function, pedestrian and

bicyclist detection. A Speed Limit Info system keeps

you aware of the posted speed limit.

On the open road, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go

will keep you safely at the speed limit behind other vehicles.

Nobody likes to be stuck in traffic so it maintains a safe

crawling distance from other vehicles bringing you to

a complete stop when required.

For safer night driving the Adaptive Front Lighting redirects

the headlamps when on low beam in accordance with the

steering angle to enhance your visibility when cornering.

Detecting the presence of street lights, headlights or tail

lights ahead the Adaptive High Beam will shift from high to

low beam, one less thing for you the driver to worry about.

Front parking sensors, and rear parking sensors with a brake

function, provide you worry-free parking and manoeuvring

in the Toyota GR Supra. A rear camera with dynamic

guidelines shows you the exact path when reversing while

the rear-cross traffic alert detects objects in your blind spot.
