WEEK 8: THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS

PASSAGE: ROMANS 8:24-25

24 For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is

seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they

already have? 25 But if we hope for what we do not

yet have, we wait for it

patiently. 26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not

know what we ought to pray for, but the

Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless

groans. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows

the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit

intercedes for God’s people in accordance with

the will of God.

1. Hope is forward looking.

2. If heaven doesn’t fill you with hope, you don’t have the right idea

about heaven.

3. It’s really hard to be in a bad mood when you’re filled with hope.

4. Hope fuels change.

• What is it about heaven that gets you the most excited? What do you think heaven will be like? What are you looking forward to?

• Looking back over this entire Hope is Alive passage series, what has stuck out to you the most? How has your hope grown through this series?

• What’s a positive change that you can create this week? How can your hope in Jesus have real world implications this week?

constancia.

debilidad el Espíritu acude

a ayudarnos. No sabemos

qué pedir, pero el Espíritu

mismo intercede por

nosotros con gemidos que

no pueden expresarse con

palabras. 27 Y Dios, que

examina los corazones,

sabe cuál es la intención

del Espíritu, porque el

Espíritu intercede por los

creyentes conforme a la

voluntad de Dios..

1. La esperanza es prospectiva.

2. Si el cielo no te llena de esperanza, no tienes la idea correcta sobre el cielo.

3. Es realmente difícil estar de mal humor cuando estás lleno de esperanza.

4. La esperanza alimenta el cambio.

• ¿Qué tiene el cielo que te emociona más? ¿Cómo crees que será el cielo? ¿Que estás esperando?

• Mirando hacia atrás a través de la serie Esperanza está viva, ¿qué recuerdas más? ¿Como ha crecido tu fe a través de esta serie?

• ¿Cuál es un cambio positivo que puedas crear esta semana? Como tú esperanza en Jesús puede tener implicaciones reales para el mundo esta semana?

永活的盼望 系列 (第八講)

聖誕節來臨的前一夜

在每一個特殊日子來臨的前一晚，我們都有過充滿期望的那一刻。

強烈的預期 會讓靈魂滿溢興奮感，作為基督徒，正是這種期待和盼望為每天

生活加足馬力。

今天 Josh 牧師以羅馬書第 8 章結束這個系列。這是整本聖經最重要且為多位

牧師所舉證主張的篇章，從頭至尾有那麼多不可思議丶難以置信的真理；而

8: 24-25 是全章的精神所在。激起保羅(甚至彼得) 盼望的不只是回想十字架和

空墳，而是展望那尚未到來的事。

3. 當充滿盼望時 你就不會輕易陷入壞情緒裡 就是要＂等待＂。不是熬過時間等耶穌再來，而是充滿堅持和盼望

4. 盼望驅動改變 這系列不是研讀聖經裡有關盼望的經文，要像保羅一樣去看丶去感覺丶

去體會和經驗"盼望"，因為他用一生的事工改變了羅馬帝國丶西方文明

和基督教的發展軌跡

羅馬書 8:26-27

26 況且，我們的軟弱有聖靈幫助，我們本不曉得當怎樣禱告，只是聖靈親自

用說不出來的歎息替我們禱告。

27 鑒察人心的，曉得聖靈的意思，因為聖靈照着神的旨意替聖徒祈求。
