Certification requirements

To ensure that you as our Partner offer your customers the service standard stipulated by Konica Minolta requires a range of concrete preparation measures, including the completion of trainings and the putting-in-place of certain business processes in your company:

– A minimum of xx trained engineers per product type sold by you

– Parts and consumables fitted have to be genuine Konica Minolta parts

Support and training

At Konica Minolta, we are committed to supporting our Partners to the utmost extent in order to enable them to grow in maturity. Helping your organisation to mature and gain the Service & Support Certification, we provide consultancy and different training paths. In addition to web-based technical product trainings, we also offer:

– Outward, which is Konica Minolta’s global qualification system for non-product-specific technical training. It consists of four certification levels that build on each other (Associate, Professional, Expert, and Master) and targets field technicians and technical support staff in the worldwide Konica Minolta family

– Hands-on training for technicians and specialists at various Konica Minolta training facilities

– Consultancy on best practices in building up and managing a mature service organisation
