Execution of the Provisions and Associated Plans

31 The Members of the Umon In Regions 1, 2 and 3 shall adopt, for their broadcastmg-satelhte space statIons’ operating in the frequency bands referred to m this Appendix, the characterlstlcs specified m the approprtate Regional Plan and the associated provIsIons

6 1.3 An admlnlstratlon with which coordlnatlon IS sought shall acknow- ledge receipt of the coordmanon data lmmedldtely by telegram If no acknowledgement 1s received within tifteen days of dispatch. the admmlstra- tion seeking coordination may dispatch a telegram requestmg acknowledge- ment of receipt of the coordination data, to winch the recelvmg admmlstra- tlon shall reply.
