Improvements since house was purchased in 1998.

Our home is our palace. Since it is our intention live in our home until circumstancesdictate otherwise we have maintained and upgraded our home. Due to the rising prices of building a new home we made the decision 2 years ago to perform major upgrades to ourhome. We have spent more than $150,000 since we purchased our house in December1996 Not all improvements have been described.

All faucets and sinks are high end with granite (2007). The underlay under allthe toilets in all the bathrooms were replaced when the lino was installed.

Installed a 4 tonne $6,500 13 Sear high efficiency air conditioner on main floor

I replaced the coil last year in the upstairs air conditioner. It looks deceiving, but theweight of the wood is not resting on the air conditioner. I picked up a load of firewoodlast week and needed a place to store it on the winter.



3m3 added last year to raise settled ground 2 years ago.

6 zone timer underground sprinkler added in 1998
