    HRM is the need of the business organization.

    The 100% people are ask Yes. So, in the our sample size all the

    organization are having the HRM department.

    QNo 3) When you established the HR department in

    your organization?

    The 100% people have asked that we have started the HRM

    department in our organization since from the 1990s but the time

    period means the date, month and the year of starting that

    department is different

    25% PC have started at 12 september 1967

    25% Avari have started at 1998

    25% KFC have started at from the beginning i-e April 1997

    25% Holiday inn have started at since 1995

    So from that we have concluded that in our sample size the HRM have been

    started basically from 1990s .The HRM has been popularized from

    1990s.

    The 100% people are ask that our major functions are the

    recruitment, selection

    The 75% are ask that training & development, recruitment &

    selection, performance evaluation.

    The 25% have asked that compensation, co-worker services.

    The 25% have asked that maintaining discipline, welfare of

    employees maintaining and labour laws.

    So, in our sample size the selection and recruitment is the basic function all

    other function are the responsibility of the HRM department as per the needof the organization.

    In our sample size upsizing and re-enginnering is the basic function. So, we

    have concluded that business organizations are mostly involve in improving

    the existing human capital. And as per the need they are doing the outsourcing and downsizing.

    So, we have concluded that when we will apply the HRM process on the

    human capital as an tool in the result the human capital s motivation, job

    satisfaction, team building will be increased. And the employees turnover

    will be decreased. And the other results are depend on the situation.

    So, we have concluded that the frequency of conducting training

    programmes of HRM department is depend upon the need of employees

    and situation and decision of the organization throughout the year.

    is the permanent job.

    The 50% have asked that job security in our organization is the

    permanent job and contract base.

    The 25% have asked that in our organization the job security is

    based on the ability to perform or there is the slight difference in the

    benefits of the permanent job and contract base.

    So from that we can conclude that in the mostly organization the job

    security is the permanent job but the issue is that permanent job is the no

    matter. The job security depends upon the ability of the employee and

    capacity to perform and there is the slight difference in the benefits of the

    permanent job employees and the contract base job employees.

    uniforms.

    So we have concluded from that the Medical Allowances are ranked firstly,

    the rent allowances, conveyance allowances are ranked secondly, provident

    fund, EOBI and group insurance are rankedthirdly and the other facilitiesliketravel shoes, duty meals and uniforms are depend on the policies of theorganization.

    So we have simply concluded that HRM is contributing in the success of

    the organization.

    base & knowledge is enhanced & they are equipped with updated

    The 25% people have asked that the HRM is as important for

    Pakistan same as important for any organization.

    The 25% people have asked that mostly people in the Pakistan donot know about the HRM.

    The 25% people have asked that HRM is vast field and its growing

    tremendously in our Pakistan and we are aiming the same in our

    organization.

    The 25% people have asked that now the people are considering the

    human asset as more important rather than the buildings or

    equipments.

    So the from that we have concluded that the HRM is having very high

    potential in our country.
