Thank you for agreeing to buy your child a BTYFC full playing strip, in doing so you are helping the club stretch its limited finances a little

further. This arrangement is a limited trial, to better understand the pro’s and cons for all parties. There are few conditions to be aware of and

agree to:

Other than marking internal labels for ownership, due to BTYFC kit policy, some league regulations and in fairness to other players

this kit cannot be “personalised”

You maybe asked to return the shirt at some point to have a squad sponsors name and logo to be added by BTYFC (at BTYFC’s cost) if

we find one

A “one time” training subs discount of either £10 (option a) or £15 (option b) has been offered in this parental kit purchase trial. The

terms of each discount option is detailed here:

A. Kit is purchased outright and will not be re-purchased by BTYFC, this affords a £10, one time, discount on your BTYFC training

subs fees

B. Kit is purchased but I have agree to return the kit to BTYFC for £5 in a period upto 3 years from the purchase date (subject to

the kit being complete and in good condition), this affords a £10 one time discount on training subs, plus a further £5 training

subs discount at the point the kit is re-purchased by BTYFC (discount in lieu of payment by BTYFC). This is a combined total

discount of £15.

Whilst we are all respectable parents of young players, children wearing BTYFC kit should always be proud of their association with

the club and always seek to be a good role model to others. In cases where the clubs name has been deemed by officials of BTYFC to

be pulled into disrepute, BTYFC reserve the right to purchase the kit back at the pre-notified BTYFC re-purchase price.
