Students will be participating in various parts of the Mass. There will be a public/parish open house at the school following the Mass. Donuts and refreshments will be served and classrooms will be open from 11:30 – 2:30 pm. If you know of a family who is interested in our school, please ask them to attend. SCHOOL CHOIR: The school choir will be singing during our Catholic Schools Week Mass on January 29th at 10:30 am. If your child is in choir, please mark your calendars and reserve the time to attend. CSW MASS FREE DRESS PASS: Students who attend the CSW 10:30 Mass on Sunday the 29 th in their school uniform will earn a free dress pass. Students will need to find Fr. Brandon after the Mass to get their pass. TUITION ASSISTANCE: EVERYONE REQUESTING TUITION ASSISTANCE MUST USE “FACTS”. St. Anne’s School is now using FACTS Management Company for tuition assistance application determination. All assistance is awarded according to need. Utilizing the FACTS process also allows automatic application for Diocesan Aid through the “SEEDS Growing Faith through Student Scholarships” tuition assistance program. The FACTS application is available online at factsmgt.com (1-866-441- 4637) with a processing fee of 30.00. The application requires submission of supporting documentation. The deadline for application completion is April 10, 2017. PARENT & SPONSOR CONFIRMATION RETREAT: The 8 TH Grade Parent & Sponsor Confirmation Retreat will be will be held on January 28, 2017 at St. Anthony’s Parish in Hughson, from 9:30 am – 4:00 pm. GRANDPARENT’S/VIP LUNCHEON: Thank you to all the parents that have RSVP'd for the Grandparents/VIP Lunch! Just a gentle reminder, if you have not yet RSVP'd please send in your responses ASAP. BINGO SCHEDULE: Please be sure to check the Bingo schedule on Cornerstone for your assigned shift. MASS CARDS: Please remember to use your Mass Attendance Cards and put them in the collection basket when going to Mass. SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS: Please remember that all parent volunteers must be fingerprinted and cleared through the Diocese of Stockton, need to fill out a volunteer packet, and do an online course at www.shieldthevulnerable.org in order to volunteer in the classroom or go on field trips. Packets are available in the office. YEARBOOK NEWS: The St. Anne's Yearbook Committee is putting together the 2016-2017 school yearbook. We are looking for Harvest Fest pictures, Parade of Lights pictures, Christmas Pageant pictures, field trip pictures, and any fun school related events. Thank you for your help and support in building our yearbook full of great memories! SOS HOUR TOTALS: If your family’s slip does not reflect the hours that you have worked, it may be due to the fact that your hours have not been reported to us yet. Everyone needs to fill out an SOS Hours Form in order for the hours to be recorded, (this includes Bingo callers, Bingo Team Leaders, SAC members, Parent Club Board members, Room Mothers, Harvest Fest Committee members, Art volunteers, etc.) and anyone doing volunteer work. We have a person recording these hours and this person does not know what every parent volunteer does. SOS Hour Forms are available in the office. ST. MARY’S HIGH SCHOOL PARENT INFORMATION: St. Mary's High School is accepting applications for the 2017- 2018 school year. Please join us for Parent Information Night on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 6:00pm in the Morelli Gymnasium. Eighth Grade Day is Friday, January 27, 2016. All prospective students must apply to take a placement test. The first placement test will be given on Saturday, January 28, 2016.

LODI UNIFIED INTRA-DISTRICT TRANSFER: Lodi unified School District has an Intra-district Open Enrollment policy. Students wishing to attend a local high school outside of their attendance area may apply for an intra-district transfer; the deadline to apply is Feb. 1, 2017. For more information please contact the high school of your choice. TOKAY HIGH SCHOOL: Tokay High School will be holding Eighth Grade Parents Night on Wednesday, February 22nd from 6:30 – 8:00 pm in the Tokay High School Cafeteria. Please call the school for more information at 331-7878. LODI HIGH SCHOOL: Lodi High School will be holding their Parent & Student information night for incoming freshmen on Wednesday, March 1st from 6:30 – 7:30 pm in the Meehleis Gym. Registrations will take place April 12th & 13th with appointments only. STOCKTON HEAT HOCKEY CATHOLIC SCHOOLS NIGHT: The Stockton Heat Hockey Team presents the first annual Stockton Heat Catholic Schools Night on Saturday February 4th in conjunction with Catholic Schools Week. That night the Stockton Heat is taking on the Bakersfield Condors at 7:30 at the Stockton Arena. As part of this night, they are offering a special discounted ticket to all students, faculty, staff, plus family members, friends, neighbors, etc. of those who attend and work in Catholic schools. As part of this special offer, they are actually giving $5.00 per ticket back to St. Anne’s School. This will be a fun night and we hope to get as many people to attend as possible. They are also offering incentives to the schools that bring the most people including: One student will get to ride the Zamboni before the game, 5 students will get to watch warm-ups from the Penalty Box, plus much more.
