• Emails will come from Soccer.com with ordering details
• Kit cost will be about $40
– 2 Jerseys ($11.35 each)
– 2 Shorts ($5.50 each)

• Shipping is about 2-3 weeks ($9)

FIELD STATUS
• City of Fernandina Beach installed a sprinkler system and upgraded the parking lot drainage
• Fields are better than spring season
• Some areas still have exposed top soil
• Coaches are encouraged to check playing surface before practices/games for low spots/holes

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
• Each parent is required to volunteer 3 hours per player – Cost: Pre-season buyout is $25 or $20 /hour after season starts
• Volunteer Duties – Field maintenance
– Bathroom maintenance
– Snack Shack
• Field Day (August 23) – Help ready the fields for the upcoming season
– Earn 2 hours for every 1 hour volunteered
• Signups for times and opportunities will be via Signup Genius

CLUB DEVELOPMENT GOALS
• Expand our offerings of select teams
• Offer more coaches and referee certification courses
• Upgrade facilities
– Install lights
– Improve playing surface
• Help build and expand our relationships with local clubs like North Florida SC (Callahan)
• Begin hosting various tournaments at our Bailey Road complex

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
• Shrimp Fest Parking (May 2-4)
– Major fund raising event for the club by directing parking at the Pop Warner fields
– Each team will be assigned a time slot
