webinar on “Finding your Alter Ego: Methods of

Transactional Analysis" as part of the PARAMPARA 2020

webinar series.

Transactional Analysis is a branch of modern

psychology that examines a person's relationships and

interactions. The lockdown days and the online classes in

isolation have disrupted the mental health and increased

stress among students. A stable and healthy mind is

necessary to overcome the challenges.

The webinar aims to develop positive changes and

personal growth among the participants. The participants

get opportunity to interact with the resource person.
